Perfect short vacation
We can recommend this hotel without reservation.
The entire team is attentive and friendly in all matters.
The rooms are tasteful and spacious.
Special praise to Alexandra, who made the sauna infusions an experience every time with her nice and attentive manner.
For us, they were wonderful days combined with an active vacation / culinary delights / wellness.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for the successful short vacation.

Mediocre
Dated hotel, sofa in the room full of dust.
Only one bottle of water upon arrival and for the rest of the stay nothing (empty fridge).
No courtesy kit in the bathroom.
A bottle of water at dinner 6.70 euros!!!!!!!! And not even a liter.
Relaxation area and pool full of children who were screaming and diving, and without any supervision or reprimand from the hotel staff.
Dinner buffet always identical, never anything different.
Only one dish served at the table, and for the first course, always and only a soup.
On the bill, you find the tip already included, and you are asked on the spot in front of everyone if you accept (10 euros of
tip for every day of the stay)... causing embarrassment.

Unser Hotel ist insgesamt erst 13 Jahre alt und wird während unserer jährlichen einmonatigen Schließzeit regelmäßig modernisiert und weiterentwickelt. Mit unseren großen Glasfronten, dem vielen hellen Holz und den eingesetzten hochwertigen Lodenstoffen sind wir aus unserer Sicht sowohl modern als auch qualitativ sehr hochwertig aufgestellt.
Auch beim Abendessen möchten wir gerne für Klarheit sorgen: Unser Küchenchef erstellt täglich ein komplett neues Menü, sodass unser Abendessen keineswegs jeden Tag gleich ist. Unser 6-Gänge-Konzept besteht aus einer täglich neuen Vorspeise zusammen mit dem Antipastibuffet, täglich zwei neuen Suppen und einem täglich wechselnden Salatbuffet, einem Hauptgang, einer Nachspeise sowie einem Käsebuffet.
Auf unseren Zimmern stehen selbstverständlich Duschgel, Shampoo, Handseife und Lotion zur Verfügung und werden täglich kontrolliert und bei Bedarf aufgefüllt.
Die Wasserflasche stellen wir immer nur zur Anreise als Geschenk auf das Zimmer.
Unsere Minibars sind bewusst leer, damit unsere Gäste Platz für eigene Getränke und Lebensmittel haben; auf Wunsch befüllen wir diese selbstverständlich jederzeit – darüber informiert auch ein Informationszettel an der Minibar selbst.
Vielen Dank auch für Ihre Anmerkungen zur Atmosphäre im Hotel und im SPA-Bereich. Als „For All Hotel“ heißen wir Familien mit Kindern ebenso herzlich willkommen wie Erholungssuchende. Dabei legen wir großen Wert darauf, dass sich alle Gäste wohlfühlen und gegenseitig Rücksicht nehmen.
Unsere Mitarbeiter achten laufend auf die Einhaltung der Haus- und Verhaltensregeln, können jedoch naturgemäß nicht jederzeit an allen Orten gleichzeitig präsent sein.
Auch unser Trinkgeldsystem möchten wir kurz erklären: Die Teilnahme ist freiwillig und wird bereits bei der Buchung, über den Guestnet-QR-Code beim Check-in, am Lobby-Screen sowie nochmals beim Check-out kommuniziert. Der Hintergrund ist, dass das Trinkgeld am Monatsende unter allen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern aufgeteilt wird – somit profitieren auch diejenigen, die hinter den Kulissen täglich für den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste sorgen, wie Housekeeping, Küche, Technik und Bankett.
Wir bedauern, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat und wünschen Ihnen noch einen schönen restlichen Sommer.

Perfect stay for our honeymoon!
Room, spa area, and location of the hotel are a dream, followed by very good cuisine! Rarely experienced such lovely and attentive staff! We are definitely coming back!

Comfortable stay in Schladming
This hotel is well-located, close to major routes and some options for cable cars. The car park isn’t huge but we didn’t struggle for a space at any point in the quieter season.
We had a clean and comfortable room, with a small but enjoyable balcony. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The air con was temperamental, and wouldn’t always stay on overnight, but we managed well enough.
The pool and spa areas are beautiful. The main outdoor pool is pretty small for a hotel of that size, but it was clean. We loved the options for saunas and the steam room, and we made use of the aufguss and healing sessions in the steam. The outdoor nude area is lovely and quiet too, but had limited space.
The breakfast had plenty of options and some variety. You can get hot and cold options, including a choice of omelette.
Dinner was four courses each night and the food was consistently high quality. The wait staff were friendly and efficient and we were never waiting for long.
My only issue was being told that I couldn’t wear flip flops in the restaurant, while they allowed all kinds of other open footwear. We saw women with sandals and both genders in Birkenstocks. When I queried this I was told that Birkenstocks are fine but by fabric flip flops (not for the pool) weren’t. I wasn’t given any explanation for this.
Having said that, they made a lovely effort for us for our anniversary, with a decorated table and two glasses of fizz, which was a lovely touch.
The bar was comfortable too, with friendly and efficient service.
We would return to this hotel.
