We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our central location, the spa area, and the comfort of your junior suite. It’s also great to know that you liked both the breakfast and dinner during your stay.

Due to our location directly at the town square it can occasionally be a little lively, but for a future stay we would be happy to recommend a quieter room facing the back of the hotel.

Overall, our evaluation is mixed.
The food is below average, not very varied and insufficient for people with intolerances or allergies. There are no clear declarations of the food – both at the buffet and on the menu – which is actually standard today. The staff was only able to provide limited information even after queries in the kitchen. In addition, individual dishes were heavily salted. On the last evening, for example, I received only two small, thin pieces of meat with salted spinach – without side dishes. Also in dessert, the choice for people with lactose intolerance/allergies is very limited (sorbet or fruit).
The hotel is therefore only partially recommended for those affected.
Apparently, a new chef is to take up the position – a significant improvement is very desirable and necessary.
Positively noteworthy are the very friendly and dedicated service staff as well as the Food & Beverage Manager, who recognized the shortcomings and worked hard to improve them.
The room cleaning was fine overall, albeit with room for improvement.
The hotel is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as there are steps in the corridors.
The wellness area convinces with its size and cleanliness. It is spread over several floors and is also only accessible by stairs.
We travelled in the off-season, which is why it was quiet in the village as many shops and restaurants had closed. In the high season it should be much more lively/loud depending on the room location.
Overall, the value for money is not right – you can expect more from a 4-star hotel.
The price is too high for the offered level; in particular, the overnight price including meals must not be higher.

Wir freuen uns, dass Sie die Sauberkeit und die Ruhe Ihres Zimmers positiv hervorheben. Umso bedauerlicher ist es, dass die Erlebnisse im Restaurant- und Frühstücksservice einen so negativen Eindruck hinterlassen haben. With significant weaknesses in service and catering
The afternoon snack was disappointing for a house of this category: very unlovingly arranged, with little choice (among other things the same spread several times), a non-fresh-looking soup and cake that tasted more like a finished product. That's not up to expectations.
These points – especially the rude behavior – clearly cloud the overall impression.
Positively noteworthy is the wellness area including sauna and relaxation zone, which is absolutely fine. However, the pool water could be a little warmer.
Overall, there is a clear need for improvement, especially in the service and catering sector.
