Wonderful stay

Excellent Hotel, out of the chaos of the center but thanks to the subway, in a few minutes you reach the Basilica of Santo Stefano.
Excellent sleep quality thanks to high mattresses and soundproof windows.
Rooms and bathrooms spotless.
Remember (as in most hotels now) to display the redo room tag when you leave.
We only had the overnight stay. Breakfast cost 20 euros per person and with that amount, we always preferred to have breakfast in the Center turning between the various pastry shops.

la ringraziamo di cuore per aver condiviso la sua esperienza al Plaza Inn Wien Gasometer e per le parole di apprezzamento. Siamo lieti che la posizione tranquilla e ben collegata sia stata di suo gradimento e che abbia trovato comodo raggiungere il centro città in metropolitana in circa dieci minuti.
Ci fa molto piacere sapere che abbia dormito bene grazie ai nostri materassi e all’insonorizzazione, e che abbia trovato camere e bagni perfettamente puliti. La ringraziamo anche per aver menzionato la procedura di servizio: per ottimizzare l’uso delle risorse, effettuiamo la pulizia delle camere su richiesta; è sufficiente appendere il cartello “Per favore, pulite la mia camera” alla maniglia quando si esce.
Prendiamo nota del suo commento sulla colazione. La nostra proposta si distingue per l’attenzione alla qualità e alla provenienza, con uova biologiche e preparazioni fatte in casa che assicurano varietà e freschezza ogni giorno. Sarebbe un piacere, in una prossima occasione, farle scoprire le specialità del nostro buffet.
La ringraziamo ancora per aver scelto il nostro hotel e per il tempo dedicato alla recensione. Saremo lieti di accoglierla nuovamente per un soggiorno confortevole a Vienna.

The right hotel in the wrong place

The hotel is obviously a new building and accordingly the equipment is still in very good condition. Exception is the chequered lining on the aisle, which takes some getting used to, which is too bright for a hotel and accordingly already dirty. The biggest drawback is the location on the outskirts - a few minutes walk from the U3 on the so-called "Gasometer" along - two stations before the end of the line in Simmering. So far away from all the important places in Vienna. The furnishings are functional with everything that is standard nowadays (in-room safe, key cards, wireless internet, kettle). The staff is professionally friendly and polite, everything is still very clean. Smile detail at the edge: the lowest toilet shell ever. What is not possible is the curfew of the hotel bar at 10 pm, i.e. when you are back at the property from a tourist day in the city centre. There's only the romantic vending machine in the foyer. The breakfast buffet is OK with no particular ups and downs. Cold - warm - sweet and sour. Choice of pastries also fits, coffee... well.

This Hotel is cleaned and the personal is very pleasant.
Location is very close to public transportation.

Parking is a bit tricky. There is a garage near that is secure- 9 euro per day. Have to smile for the camera and wait a long time for them to let you back in. But the car was secure.

Two nights stay but my room wasn't cleaned/refreshed. I don't know why...
Gasometer is not a nice area either.
