Top notch
The rooms are great, clean(and kept meticulously clean throughout) and comfortable.
The restaurant food is great and we really like the bar. The ski room and access to slopes - fantastic.
But most of all we like the family feel - the owner and his wife are always around and totally committed to the guests having a great time.
But of course it would be nothing without the staff and they are second to none. Martina in the restaurant is really top rank - sense of humour, personality and knowledge of the wines all brilliant. Miguel in the bar always brought a smile to our faces, a decent bar needs a good personality and he was good fun. Shout out to Gabriella keeping our room spicy and span.
Well definitely return. We're leaving wishing we could stay longer!

This wasn't our kind of vacation
But we went on family holidays, and for the children, eight and eleven years old, the offer was rather unsuitable. While smaller children had a well-equipped space for employment, the offer for our age group was limited, preferably to video games and a table tennis table. There was no guidance or motivation for this age group. For example, we would have liked a kicker, but less digital self-employment.
But the gastronomy weighed even heavier for us. In the afternoon there was a very appealing snack offer. Breakfast and dinner, however, left much to be desired in various ways. There had been the waffle dough one morning, obviously made with salt rather than sugar, the rice with sour milk, and the cheese plate unappealing, rather as if it were left over from last night. These are also things that can certainly happen in a large company. But these little things were repeated every morning. At dinner, the feeling was that the kitchen was focusing on starchy products. Many dishes appeared to be unbalanced seasoned, or simply prepared on the fly. This also could not compensate for the imaginative way the food wreaked, which appeared on the plates. For the children, the food was mostly fast food. Had they not been able to help themselves to salad buffets, healthy food would simply have been fancy here. This was especially evident at the so-called gala dinner when this buffet was not offered. In addition, one got the impression that one wants to get rid of the children from the dining room as soon as possible, so that the adults could try the variety of drinks “undisturbed”.
All this may be perceived as trifling, it has permanently spoiled our mood. Overall, therefore, the holiday away from the ski slopes is less well remembered. We were hoping for more, and I don't think we'll be back.

Great holiday in the best hotel
Not only because the ski resort is great but also because the team , the staff and the activities offered are excellent ❤️

Perfect holiday
The children feel very comfortable and thanks to the great care program we parents have time to relax.
The service staff in the person of David, Blanka and especially Miguel read every wish from our eyes.
The storage space in the bathroom is perfect for us as a family.
We will come back and can recommend the place without hesitation!
