Location, Location, Location!

This boutique hotel is at the heart of the city and in walking distance to all the restaurants and attractions. The staff are kind and helpful. Another great thing about this place is that the restaurant downstairs is a part of the hotel where you eat the breakfast which was quite good. Also, in my opinion it happens to be one of the best restaurants in town. My room was not big but it had everything you can ask for in a 4 star hotel. I had the chance to meet the owner and his friend Sebouh who where really friendly and I had a great chat with them which made me feel like home. I have been to 3 other same rate hotels in my previous trips to Yerevan and based on the great experience I had here I will definitely choose this hotel for all my future trips.

Room for improvement

We stayed one night at the Baron Boutique, and the experience was positive with some minor issues. Its location is one of its greatest strengths: central and very well connected, both to the airport via public transport and to the city center, which can be easily reached on foot.
The rooms are new and well-equipped, with a bathroom and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, we had a small issue related to cleanliness (hairs in the bathroom), although it is worth noting that they resolved it quickly and effectively. A 10 for the housekeeper.
As an aspect to improve, we believe that the soundproofing of the rooms could be better.
The breakfast was one of the most notable aspects: very tasty and of good quality, a great choice to start the day.
The staff was generally correct, although we believe that greater professionalism—especially at reception—and an additional smile would significantly improve the experience.
In summary, a good accommodation with room for improvement in some details, but with an excellent location and service that, in certain aspects, stands out.

Stayed in the deluxe suite for two days and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, making it easy to relax after a day out. I would definitely book this suite again on a future visit.
The free breakfast had a very good variety and quality. It was a great way to start each day.
The location is excellent—close to many restaurants and shops, and within a walking distance to major attractions like the Cascade and Vernissage Market. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable stay.

excellent location, large space for the room and new interior equipment, with good quality breakfast meals. We are highly recommended to stay in this hotel!

Very good place in central area

Excellent location.
Small hotel, good rooms without anything fancy.
Very good choice for a short stay in the central area with good value.
