A place of relaxation that awakens the anticipation even before every new visit!

And again a trip via Travelnetto and this time not 5 stars "only" 3.5 stars for the spoiled guest an adventure. Yes and then the surprise, a holiday on the Polish Baltic Sea does not have to cost 120,00 euros per night and be good. The first impression of outside nice place, not too big but modern. The reception, as all staff, very friendly and attentive. Rooms modern, clean and spacious and as desired quiet. Breakfast and dinner for this price and at this category good. The proximity to the beautiful beach about 80 meters. Small place geared towards tourism, but unobtrusive. In 15 minutes you are in Kolberg by car, bus connection is also available. Swimming pool with 8x8 meters small as well as sauna available but sufficient. So clear recommendation of Cristal Spa.
Note, now is the third visit to Cristal Spa, unfortunately over again. What draws me back to this hotel again and again are, in addition to the Baltic Sea and the tranquility, the staff who make me feel like coming home again and again. Thanks to the whole team!!!

Hotel Cristal and the place are always worth a visit.

We celebrated New Year's Eve at the hotel. The service and party were perfectly organized. The food was rich and deliciously prepared. The route to the Baltic Sea is short and the place offers opportunities for strolling and shopping. And at the port there are delicious fish to buy or enjoy fresh on site.

Short stay

We were in here for just one Night bescause we are on a roundtrip and I was a bit sad that we had to leave. The girl at the reception was so friendly. Our Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great except the coffee. A real coffee lover won‘t enyoy. But thats the only thing :)
There are a lot of bars and Restaurants Right in front of the hotel.

A nice stay in a wonderful spot

Positive : ideally located, with a semi-private (private entry) beach of wonderful sand, absolutely clean.
Rooms very well fitted (excellent indoor architect)
And the very secret of this hotel : one of the 2 Masagist is pearl . Pani Irena worth the trip ! really. I arrived sick with back pain and I left almost cured (the poor lady was cauht in a bus accident and she is currently on a sick ) as she could not finish the cycle of Massage (the poor lady was cauht in a bus accident and she is currently on a sick leave).
(small) things to improve :
- very complicated and not user-friendly Wi-Fi
- very mean and limited cosmetics in the bathrooms
- no segregation of garbage ; everything goes to the same trash bin in the whole hotel
- repeating distrubing music at breakfast

NOT RECOMMENDED !!

slow service, no restaurant, not a hotel whatsoever, no real SPA , I do not recommend it !!
It was a waste of a lot of money to go there. Staff was grumpy, slow with everything.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
