Nice hotel at the beach

Hotel Lival was booked for an event, we had a kind of conference. Overall it was a pleasant stay, the hotel was clean, very helpful staff but the best about the hotel is its location, as you can go to the beach just a few steps away. As for the breakfast it had a variety to choose from. The rooms are not very large so if you are going with your kids it might be that you wil not have enough space, but ask for a suit, probably those are larger. A room tip would be to ask for a room with a sea view, it really looks great, perfect for relaxing.

Great location, but standard not adjusted to prices

Hotel is in a great location, 50 meters from the beach. The service at the reception (Mrs. Kasia) is wonderful. The right person in the right place. Very nice and with a sense of humor.
But that's where the compliments end, the rest is so so........

Comfy but old

The beach is perfect, very close and clean. The hotel is cozy, but very old. In the bathroom everything was old and not so clean. There weren’t even soap for the hands. The cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t perferct(((( But the view was very fascinating.

Very nice 3 start hotel directly at the sea side

We stayed here only 1 night but have to say that we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are very nice with good beds. The bathroom with shower and toilet is spacious, the shower is ok.
The hotel is also very clean.
The beach is opposite the hotel, just have to cross the promenade and you are there.
The welcome was speedy and very friendly as were all other staff. Breakfast was extensive and tasty. Everyone could find something of their liking.
The hotel also has a bar/pub which we did not use as we returened too late. Also the restaurant we did not use so cannot judge that either.
Overall a very pleasant stay and we could come back here if again in the Gdansk area.
A few small minus points were the quality of the WIFI connection in the room which was weak. And unfortunately I had no warm water in the shower in the morning. My partner had so just before me so possibly too many people having a shower at the same time.

Sympathetic hotel near the sea coast

Best at the hotel: You can hear the voice of waves in the room.
Polite and professional staff. No deluxe, but well kept midrange hotel.
The trams 3 and 5 stop near by. Also small, old shopping center on walking distance and several restaurants and bars at least summer time. Bicycles at rent in the neighbourhood, very nice bicycle roads at seashore to Sopot, suitable for whole family bicycle trips.
I am quite sure to visit again!
