Good location and appartment
If you are looking for some where to stay in Krakow that is clean and has a good location, then l would highly recommend staying here. The old town/square is about 12 minutes walk from the appartment and you find will find a few good bakeries and shop close to the appartment.

Unsafe, unprofessional, book elsewhere!
The apartment building is very run down.
It's extremely loud when people are coming and going, and it's cold. There are no lifts, the floor tiles
are loose and the lights are are on a timer. Due to
this I actually tripped and fell down the stairs and
fractured my elbow. I would avoid this apartment
purely due to the fact the building is just not looked
after and there are no staff available after 3pm, with
no emergency number.
After looking at other reviews, I see that the owners often respond being quite argumentative to anything negative rather than addressing possible issues.
Would definitely never recommend!

We are sorry that you had a bad experience at our place. We hope you will get better soon.
It is the first time in our history that someone fell from the stairs. It is not clear to us why you didn’t contact us when it happened. We are available 24/7 and always ready to help.
Our apartments are placed in an old historic tenement building. Close to the Old Town, but far enough from the city's hustle.
There is no lift in the building, and the apartments are housed on the third and fourth floor. This information is clearly visible on our site and in opinions of other Guests. There are also numerous pictures of the staircase and the building itself.
We are a family run business and we look after every detail personally.
We have to address some of your concerns as they might be misleading to other Guests.
There is our emergency contact number inside the apartment and at entrance to the building. The common areas are also monitored so we will check the cameras to see what exactly has happened.
Regarding other comments, we understand that is how you felt. We will take your comments into consideration.
We would appreciate if you could send us pictures showing the bad building state that you mentioned, so we could send them to the building manager. The safety of the building is checked every year and no danger to the inhabitants was ever reported.

Very good but oh those steps .....
The apartment was excellent overall. A short five to ten mins walk from the main square you are right where you need to be. The apartment (I was in No21) was equiped with a full kitchen including an oven and a fridge-freezer. Oddlyenough there was no microwave. No 21 has no windows andso tends to get very stuffy. There are three skylight windows but I only ever managed to open one of them. The fan supplied does help but I had trouble sleeping. The bed is shoe-horned into a small l space and is surrounded on three sides by walls. No big deal if you are young and mobile. The apartment is not sign posted from the lobby and there are at least four flights of stsirs in the building. Take the fisrt one. Now then , the only real bugbear. There are nearly 90 steps to the apartment .With heavy bags it’s a real pain. There is no lift. This is understandable as it is a very old building that is undergoing refurbishment but this should be pointed out during the booking process. All in all though excellent and very good value for money..

Great value close to main square
A lovely apartment with air conditioning that was well needed due to the heat when we stayed there. It was well kitted out with pots, pans, utensils and they even supplied tea and coffee. It felt homely when we were in it and it is only a couple of minutes from the main square so you never feel like your far from home. Although we never met with any of the staff (Except the cleaner) the communication with them was excellent and were always available by phone to let us know where our key would be when we arrived late and where we could store our luggage on our last day. I definitely recommend the apartment for its quality, price and location. Unfortunately the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, otherwise the rating would have been excellent. Either way I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Krakow.

Perfection
We stayed three nights and we absolutely loved coming “home” to our apartment on an evening after exploring the city. Very warm, comfortable and the jacuzzi bath -wow such a fabulous surprise. Communication with staff was very friendly and prompt. The apartment is very safe and there is no noise. I have to state that the apartment is on the third floor no issues for us however if you have mobility issues then it may cause some issues as there is no lift. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Great facilities inside for self catering. Hair dryer and toiletries are provided along with fluffy towels. The location is ideal for visiting Kraków, five minute walk from the square and five minutes from the train/bus station. Thank you for an amazing stay.
