A discovery
3-star hotel with all the features of a 4-star: 24h reception, elevator, daily cleaning and towel change, breakfast room/restaurant.
Hidden entrance in a building.
Small but very well-kept reception with 3 small armchairs for sitting and a display case with gadgets.
Brochures with various info, trips, a map, and a small Polish-English glossary with the most used phrases.
Young, very helpful staff.
Recently renovated rooms with a comfortable bathroom and good square footage that allows for a desk with a chair and a small armchair (standard double room about 22sqm).
And it could end here, but instead you find a carafe of water in the room, which they refill every day, just like tea, with sugar and creamers, for the kettle and machine with coffee pods.
In the closet, a safe and disposable slippers (not mentioned on booking).
Large and soft towels and various samples including body lotion.
It's raining and we discover that at the reception they offer umbrellas. We return wet and I discover that on the second floor there is a free sauna complete with a shower with towels and slippers to use, which I rushed to do.
I finished the water in the room and go down to the reception to get it because there is a hidden snack.
In short, one discovery after another; everything is there, but you cannot see it. The only thing missing is a common area with a TV, sofas, etc., but honestly, we did not miss it. On the day of our departure, our flight was at 11:00 PM, and in addition to keeping the room until 12:00 PM (we had time to go out, have breakfast, come back, rest, take a shower, and leave), we used the luggage storage.
Strategic location: behind the castle and therefore the Vistula, but a 10-minute walk from the center.
Also close to the Jewish quarter and, in any case, with many services: a 24-hour supermarket and places for breakfast.
Through an internal door, you can access the Sette restaurant (Neapolitan), where you can have breakfast for 70 PLN (about €16), which is not cheap considering the low prices for eating out. Not tried, but they speak well of it. I did, however, try the restaurant for dinner (separate review).
The rating would be 4.5 stars, which cannot be given, only because the bathroom fan did not work and one skylight curtain closed with great difficulty (the other was electric), otherwise you would have light at 5:00 AM. Furthermore, despite the excellent cleanliness, I found a black hair (I am blonde and my husband is bald) in the shower.
It could easily reach 5 stars.
Relaxed atmosphere.
I would go back.

A Gem Of A Find In Krakow
This is great hotel. We loved it. Situated just outside of the old town - literally a ten minute walk to the main square. It's the perfect distance away from the busy town centre.
The rooms were really nice and comfortable.
The breakfasts were really good - a lot of effort had been put in by the kitchen staff to provide plenty of high quality options. I have seen much worse for far more money in higher end hotels. There was all sorts of food to choose from. Beautiful!
We also ate at the hotel in the evening a couple of times and the freshly cooked pizzas from the oven were superb!
The staff are its best asset. They are all very friendly, accommodating and helpful.
We had a room on the front of the hotel. The trams can be noisy but it really did not bother us at all.

Very clean and tidy. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Nice breakfast included in the price. Staff very nice, Monica and the other young ladies at reception were super helpful. Hotel location was great, so easy to walk within minutes to Main Square and to the river area, where you can catch a very enjoyable boat ride or stroll along the river, Castle nearby too. Would definitely recommend to stay at Hotel 32. I would stay here again if I am back in Krakow.

Great location. Easy to get everywhere you need to go in Krakow and 24-hour desk to check in even at 2am (late flight and long passport queue). Room was small but had everything we needed and great water pressure on the shower.

Superb Hotel
Outstanding hotel ! Great location not far from Wawel castle . Spacious room spotlessly clean . Great selection for breakfast and the staff were polite and friendly! Highly recommended if your going to Krakow
