Perfect
A few weeks ago I went to Krakow on vacation with my family, my mom chose the hotel so I started reading the hotel reviews and they weren't bad in fact the reviews were right, the room wasn't ugly, the carpet was slightly dirty but it wasn't a problem, the bathroom was nice and the shower water heated up in no time which is a good thing, but the staff was a bit cold and didn't talk much but in Poland they are all like that but the only problem was the quality of sleep because there are a lot of noises but the hotel gives you earplugs and so it wasn't a big problem and in every floor there is a water machine if you want to drink. I'm very satisfied and I would stay there again

DISASTER OF A HOTEL
The only virtue of this hotel is its location, as it is relatively close to the center of Krakow. Everything else has been a disappointment.
The room was extremely small, much smaller than what the photographs show. Additionally, it showed an evident lack of maintenance: cobwebs, dampness, damaged walls, deteriorated frames, and a quite uncomfortable bed.
The soundproofing is very poor. You can hear the tram from early morning until night. If you travel in the summer, the problem worsens: it gets light around 4:30 AM and the rooms do not have blinds. The curtains are too short and let in a lot of light. Additionally, it lacks air conditioning, which is hard to understand when the room reached 38 °C. As the only solution, they provide a fan, which is clearly insufficient.
The cleaning service also left much to be desired. During our stay, they did not properly change the towels, and the used glasses remained unreplaced.
The attention from the staff was another very negative point. At the reception, they barely greeted us, showed very little willingness to help, and when a problem arose, they did not try to find a solution or make an effort to understand us.
The breakfast is very basic and repetitive. For the four days, it was exactly the same, and when items like juice ran out, they took quite a while to replenish them.
As a final touch, we requested a picnic-style breakfast in advance because we had an excursion at 5:00 AM. Despite having requested it beforehand, they simply ignored the request and we received no explanation.
In short, I would not recommend this hotel. For a similar price, it is possible to find much better-maintained accommodations, with more professional service and a far superior experience in Krakow.

Ok
Small crammy room with no Air condition. It was the hottest days in Krakow in 2026 and the room felt like a, sauna. Thwre, was a, fan which did not help much.
It was tidy thought. Breakfast ok.

Decent place in a really lovely city
Around half an hour drive from the airport via taxi, although due to trams and restrictions be aware the car may drop you 50 yards from the front of the hotel, could be an issue if you have mobility difficulties, and was also the same when going back.
Reception staff are pleasant but as a regular traveller to ex Eastern Bloc countries there aren't many smiles or pleasantries however that's just the way they are I guess? Room was small imo about 15ft long x 9 ft wide, with an en-suite attached to it, clean tidy, tea coffee but as per not enough as we are big tea drinkers, polish tv only, a few charging points, found an Iron, tiny wardrobe about 3 hangers only, ended up using two chairs to store clothes!! Bit of noise from street but we take good earplugs , room did get very warm upon closing the window. Bathroom was ok, stupid siting of the toilet, very strange? But plenty of hot water and shower good.
Breakfast at 7am one day was challenging, no table unless in garden and it was cold, people everywhere, the usual queues of the coffee brigade taking forever to get their drinks, have tea? It's so much easier haha, food was average, hot stuff? Scrambled eggs were tasty, bacon greasy but passable, baked beans on one day, then pancakes, cereals, fruit, cakes etc etc were all fairly average, my advice, go later in the morning, much less fraught, and food just as good as first thing.
Turn left out of the hotel front and in 15 mins you're in the old town centre , which is lovely, just watch out for the con of a service charge if you use one of the restaurants bordering the square.
Summing up I would come back as hotel is in a quieter part, but would get brekkie somewhere else, there's plenty around.

Nice hotel, would recommend.
Rooms are a good size, and tidy.
Bathroom very good, shower powerful.
Breakfast room is excellent, this was different to the last time we stayed here, B&B well worth it, staff polite.
One issue, is that we were at the front on 1st floor and the noise from the trams was a pain, finishing late at night and starting 5am, hence why there were free earplugs in the room .
All in all , a good place to stay, within 10-15 mins walk to the main square.
