Chúng tôi đã sử dụng phương tiện giao thông công cộng từ sân bay, khoảng 45 phút và giá rất tốt ở mức dưới 5 zloty mỗi người, sau đó đi bộ 10 phút ngắn đến khách sạn Liv sốngInn. Chúng tôi đã nhận được sự chào đón rất nồng hậu và hạnh phúc từ Agnieszka cùng với Aleksander, Basia Thời Barbara Barbara và người luôn trò chuyện với Watford ‘Bart trong 3 ngày ở lại. Vì đó là một chuyến đi sinh nhật, một bất ngờ đáng yêu chào đón chúng tôi khi chúng tôi bước vào phòng để xem bóng bay & một biểu ngữ chúc mừng sinh nhật trên chiếc giường lớn. Kraków is well organized, especially in the centre - our Hotel is located within 5-minute walk from tram and bus stops. You can easily use public transport if you want to go to the Old Town, Jewish Quarter, Schindler's Factory, Airport, Train Station, Bus Station and even Salt Mines in Wieliczka.
After our satisfying breakfast you will be ready to explore every corner of our beautiful city and after it you can sit in our lobby and enjoy your evening drink.
We hope to see you soon again - maybe for Grace birthday this time . Best regards.

We are very happy that your couple of days in the parrot room were successful! Sometimes people found the design of our rooms a little quirky but for us it is perfect, because when you go on holiday, you do it to break the routine and find some new energy!
Energy and helpfulness is what you will always experience when coming to the reception desk, especially on Bart's shift! We cannot lie, this guy's passion is one of a kind, but all of our staff works as hard as he does, and that is why you don’t need to worry about anything during your stay.
Our reception is open anytime of the day, always ready to provide a map, sightseeing recommendations, some useful knowledge before exploring the city or can book a guided tour for you. A short walk to the main square is the best way to feel the true vibe of the city.
Your room will be always perfectly clean thanks to our housekeeping department and as you already know - you can always count on delicious, fresh breakfast that we prepare every single day.
You said that your room was a bit small, well, if you think it was too little space there, we suggest in booking superior double room next time. It is definitely worth paying few more zlotys for more freedom, especially when planning a longer stay in Kraków.

Staff, they are always a talking point. Our young ( well, most of us at least ), enthusiastic and knowledgeable team can make all the difference, particularly for those, who travel to Krakow for the very first time. They are always here for you ( our reception is working 24/7) to help out. Not knowing surroundings, currency, do's and don'ts, tips, shops, cab companies, food, culture or places to visit will never be a problem with us! We are a bunch of locals, who are passionate about their job, the City and people and we know these things inside out. We will be very happy to list the top restaurants in Krakow providing "must have" meals while in Krakow, we're going to explain directions, recommend very helpful apps, book tours, taxis or tickets for you or simply get involved in a friendly chat from which you can learn a lot about our stunning City.
When you're back indoors, we will again be very happy to serve drinks in the evening, deliver an extra pillow to your door, print your boarding passes, help you on sorting out your return transfers and make you smile every time. This is what we are, one of the teams awarded for so many years in a row for their commitment to an outstanding customer service and to your needs.
Thank you for praising our breakfast. We are so focused on delivering a top quality product that not only will be safe, but tasty. You can make a bacon roll here in the morning or try some smoked Polish sausages, go for cereals or yoghurt if you prefer a "fit" option, you can sweet up your day with delicious cinnamon swirl, apple danish or home and handmade muffin! Lard, pate, cold plate of ham or cheese, fruit, veggies, honey, jam, eggs of all sorts or pies. Do you fancy any of those? Great! You are most welcome to try any or all of them. All out every morning for you, rotated as well, so you don't get bored with the same options available.
You joined rapidly growing number of Guests who appreciate our beds so much! Thank you for that. They were chosen very carefully to be just perfect and to let you rest in the night, so when you get up the next morning, you feel ready for another day of sightseeing.
Krakow, as you said, is such a beautiful place, full of surprises, little corners, that not many people get to see on their first visit, tons of history, monuments, architecture, attractions, value for money little services and souvenirs that everyone will be very happy to use or buy, but most of all, Krakow is famous for hospitality. People here are very friendly, speak good English, always ready to help when you get lost coming back after a pint or ten even when they never have met you before. All that makes Krakow the place to come. There is nowhere else like here.
