Very high-quality establishment
As French motorhome travelers passing through Krakow, we broke down. With the motorhome in the garage, we called our roadside assistance, which put us up for one night in this superb hotel.
Warm welcome upon arrival. Very, very spacious room, impeccable cleanliness, the bathroom facilities like new, everything impeccable.
We ate at the restaurant in the evening. The service, the meal, everything was perfect.
A quiet night from the 6th floor.
The breakfast buffet was complete, nothing was missing. A choice of savory and sweet items.
The staff was smiling.
We spent a short but very pleasant stay in this 4-star hotel.
I recommend it.

C'est une immense satisfaction pour toute notre équipe de lire que vous avez pleinement apprécié l'espace et la propreté de votre chambre au 6ème étage, le calme de la nuit, ainsi que la qualité de votre dîner au restaurant et la variété de notre buffet de petit-déjeuner. Warm and welcoming
Although this hotel was a bit outside actual Krakow, I’m still very, very happy with my stay here. The staff was very courteous and professional, the rooms were clean and well-maintained and the food in the restaurant was good.
I especially want to thank Paulina, Weronika and last but not least Agnieszka, who all made my stay more pleasant. They answered all my touristy questions with a smile and really put in that little extra to make me feel welcome there.

There was no water provided in the room. In addition, I found someone else’s underwear left in the wardrobe, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness of the room.

Weekend Getaway
It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is very clean with great variety of breakfast.The staff were amazing and so accommodating. The room was massive. Having stayed at the inx and Hilton Garden and the room was much larger. The lunch was so delecious 10 out of 10!
