Great stay in Krakow

Very happy with my stay. Room was clean and comfortable especially the bed. Small kitchen if I wanted to cook something. Great to be able to make coffee in the morning and really nice to have a fridge. Shower was hot and had great water pressure. I brought my car and could park in the secure underground parking. Also appreciated the onsite gym. Checking in was easy. I arrived after the daytime team had left for the day but the night security guys took care of me. Checking out was even easier - drop the key in the box by the front door when you leave. Fantastic location 15 minute walk to main square, train, bus and tram stops a couple of minutes walk. Big shopping centre with cinema and Carrefour supermarket 10 minute walk and Zabka mini market on the premises. Would definitely stay here again.

Biggest concern with MILESTONE you should be aware of is there are no replacement items under any circumstances (towels, bedding etc.). Use yours sparingly and carefully.
During my stay I experienced a nosebleed and got blood on the 1 pillow provided with the room. I went down to the front desk, explained this situation, asked if they had any spare pillows, and they said no I had to continue using this pillow. Same went for towels - you only get the 2 towels the full duration no matter how long your stay is (I stayed for 4 nights and no replacements).
Just a word of warning for anyone staying here, no matter what happens (medical situations, accidents etc.) the property does not have any spare items on hand! You may have to sleep on a bloody pillow as I did.
Also no AC so it gets very warm in the rooms during the summer, I saw one silverfish in my bathroom, and no hair dryer, but other than that honestly a good room - good size, nice amentities, safe.

Would recommend

Great place. Close to everything. Property is split into 2 sections. One side with long term students, the other more like an apart hotel with TV, air conditioning/heating. Bed is queen size and very comfortable. Kitchenette has everything you need, kettle, fridge, pans, cutlery etc. Wi-Fi is super fast. Laundry room if you need it. Staff on site very helpful. Very many thanks to Tomasz (Assistant Manager) who came out from his home on Saturday night to assist me with an issue. Fantastic customer service.

Noisy Students

Well, reading other reviews I must have stayed somewhere else.
No reply to my email regarding check-in.
I arrived at 11pm with zero instructions and if wasn't for a lovely student I would have had to find somewhere else as there are no indication on arrival at the building on where to go.
The room was good with plenty of cooking facilities and a great shower.......
Then came night time. Are these previous reviewers having a laugh about it being quiet?
Tuesday night when I arrived, after the stress of the day I must have slept well.
Then came Wednesday,I was going to put it down to it being a 'Student Night' with all the commotion that began at 2.30 in the morning with a large group gathering at the entrance. The noise went on for about 30 minutes before subsiding. Then at 5.45am there was all sorts of noise in the corridor for another 30 minutes.
Onto Thursday and I thought should be a quiet nigjt tonight. WOW...at midnight there was another large gathering at the entrance with the volume ramped upto 10. A security guy came and the volume went down to about 8. This lasted a full hour till 1 am.
There were Bolt taxis pulling up with noisy students (the Polish males definitely like to be heard) for the remainder of the morning till the last one about 3.45am.
My video was taken at 00:06 AFTER the security guy came on the Thursday morning. Everyone was stood at the entrance so i'm not sure how much authority the guy had but it certainly didn't work.
100's of students so it's probably my own fault for believing previous reviews.

Strategic position

comfortable, a stone's throw from the center, small rooms but equipped with all comforts, bed from a square and a half, all clean and new. The only drawback if we really want to find it, at least in my room the blackout cloth that does not fully cover the window.
