Stunning hotel in a fabulous location!
Beautiful room , amazing breakfast, lovely staff. The location is in a perfect spot, it’s on a lovely street just a short walk down to the main square. It has a fabulous restaurant attached with a lovely terrace to sit out and sip a cocktail.
The front door is another level of door! You need to see it to understand!

Perfect LUXURY base for a Krakow city break
We had a Premium Suite which was properly spacious, not just “city hotel” spacious. Plenty of room to actually relax in the evenings rather than just sleep and go again the next day. The minibar was well stocked, bed was very comfortable, and the whole space felt clean, polished and easy to settle into.
The spa was a bit of a standout. Tucked away and really nicely done, and both times we went it was almost empty, which made it even better after long days walking the city. Exactly what you want when you’ve been out all day.
Nice touch with the prosecco on arrival, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful without it ever feeling over the top.
We skipped breakfast as Krakow is far too good food-wise to stay in one place every morning, and I’d recommend doing the same — there’s so much to explore just outside the door.
Overall, it just made the whole trip feel easy. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.
