Great service

We came 01.00 at night but the reception lady was really nice and gave us room. rooms clean and cozy, the bed could be a dim softer but that was not a problem. Good price. the parking lot is not big, but they have few places to leave cars. we recommend

They cancelled my booking 3 days before stay

I DON'T recommend this place. I booked 3 rooms 1 month before planned stay at the hotel. Everything was OK. But 3 days before arrival somebody from the hotel call to me and told that my booking was cancelled by mistake and I couldn't book again because of no free rooms. I asked why they allowed other persons make booking and how they can help. They said that they can do nothing and I should be happy that they call to me and told that my booking was cancelled. Because of that my trip was failed.

Nice place

We stopped there with our rv. The place is really nice, like a private garden with fruit tree. The staff really kind and friendly. The toy toy wc and showers were always clean. Really close the salt mine.Good the price.

Very good, great children's playground!

Hotel is very good, cosy and comfotable, with own parking (5 meters away from the room), free Wi-Fi, good breakfasts and close to the Wieliczka Salt Mine; children's playground with swimming-pool is just super-great, but... Unclear why that greatest playground is not free for hotel guests..? 10€ per hour and very carefully watched by special boy - left the only one bad "shadow" for us.

Good motel, but the price

Price of room was 40 PLN higher than is written on website. We're in rush, so we stayed, but it wasn't good beginning. The room was clean, free Wi-FI included, services good and breakfast tasty. It's close to the Wieliczka mine.
