fantastic dream

Well, we paid 17 euro per person but we stayed in hotel that was worth much more...unfortunatelly it was in some village, at the end, close to the forest. But it was incredibell beautiful! I give 110 percent

Worst experience ever

It was the worst experience I ever had with the hotel. It was extremely noisy. Walls are not isolated at all, what is a pity since establishment looks pretty ok. Very noisy people, hotel didn't react at all. And it wasn't Saturday-there was no wedding at all.
When somebody was opening the door, ours were trembling. We woke up after 6am. Somebody was hitting something...
For me really disaster. If I cannot sleep at night, the hotel is not able to fulfill its basic role.

Excellent and elegant hotel

We stayed here for a family wedding in Tczew in June. It is set within a forest setting, with great outside space. The hotel itself is very elegant and modern with great modern facilities.
There is a nice bar with garden outside, and childrens play area. It was a really fantastic stay for two nights.

Złodzieje i kłamcy!

Byłem w tym hotelu na jedną noc 17 maja. Przy wyjeździe zostawiłem płaszcz i bluzę na wieszaku w szafie. Zadzwoniłem jeszcze tego samego dnia, 18 maja, i powiedziano mi, że moje rzeczy zostały znalezione. Ustaliliśmy, że wyślę etykietę do paczkomatu i odeślą mi paczkę.
I wtedy zaczął się koszmar.
Pomimo wielu telefonów i SMS-ów – byłem ignorowany. Zacząłem wysyłać też e-maile. Po tygodniach ciszy usłyszałem, że to moja wina, bo nie przypominałem się wystarczająco często (!), a teraz moje rzeczy „zniknęły” albo zostały wyrzucone.
To skandal, wstyd i brak jakiegokolwiek profesjonalizmu. Zgłosiłem wartość rzeczy (ok. 1000 PLN) i zapytałem o ubezpieczenie – usłyszałem, że sam jestem sobie winien, bo nie powinienem był nic zostawiać.
Hotel do natychmiastowego unikania. Nigdy nie spotkałem się z takim poziomem niekompetencji i bezczelności. Jestem nadal w szoku.
Po prostu żenujące.
