Lovely stay for families with kids

Normally I expect clean rooms and decent enough breakfast when staying at a hotel. This hotel, however, exceeded my expectations in every single way. There is not a single thing I can think of to complain about.
Let’s start with basics:
- very friendly staff
- clean, modern and spacious rooms
- really good buffet breakfast
- great coffee
This alone makes it 4/5 for me.
But there are some extras:
- USB chargers in rooms (not a big thing but what a convenience)
- lots of play areas for kids (and I mean lots - this hotel is made for families)
- free bicycles
- free bbq equipment
- free kayaks
- great buffet dinner (really, my wife is not polish but she loved the food)
I saw a review complaining about a loud wedding, there was a wedding when we arrived but guests were quiet and polite, I can’t complain (maybe some people can’t beer satisfied?).
And a big thank you to all staff - they were always really nice and helpful.
We will certainly come back, this was our most enjoyable stay in Mazury thus far.

This is a wedding reception venue with rooms to stay not a hotel

The hotel advertises itself as a place for a nature lovers who seek peace and quiet. In reality hotel organises wedding parties and on the days where these events are held there is no quiet hours; you can hear drunk guests screaming on the corridors and in the vicinity of the hotel. The service is terrible and extremely unhelpful, we had to follow up certain problems several times and each time were told that the person in charge was not made aware of the problem. The staff also ingores COVID restrictions such as wearing masks.

Wonderful time

A wonderful hotel of the owners of the Austeria famous for its taste, wonderful views of the lake, private beach, beautiful design. Fast internet, large parking lot. Very friendly service, great balconies in the apartments. level. Autumn-silence, peace, wonderful paths for walks, in summer the beach with all amenities. Possibility to borrow a bike, scooters. Plus for the ubiquitous ecology.

Rewelacyjny hotel w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji

Super lokalizacja z dala od miejskiego zgiełku. Bardzo dobry jakościowo hotel z pięknymi widokami. Polecam apartament z 2 łazienkami i widokiem na jezioro. Przestronny z dużym TV i wanną z hydromasażem w salonie. Jakość na 5*. Jedyny minus to fakt, że przy składaniu rezerwacji, nie było informacji, iż kuchnia działa w ograniczonym zakresie- skrócone (mocno) menu. Przy pobycie w tak oddalonym od cywilizacji obiekcie, jesteśmy zdani tylko na menu hotelowe.
Jednak polecam w 100%. Na pewno tutaj wrócę.
P.S mankamenty, o których pisali inni goście, zostały już wyeliminowane :)

Comfortabel hotel

We verbleven hier 2 nachten. Het hotel was prima, mooi ingericht, veel hout.
De douche was goed, duurde even voordat we alle standen gevonden hadden, maar was verder ok.
Alles was schoon, alleen de kraan en de zeepdispenser in de badkamer zaten onder de kalkaanslag.
Het hotel ligt prachtig aan een meer, 5 km van Ostroda. We hadden geen zin om in het donker de smalle weg te rijden voor een restaurant daar en hebben dus 2x in het restaurant van het hotel gegeten. Eten was goed, de bediening liet zeer te wensen over. Erg onervaren, we moesten steeds vragen of we nog een dessert konden krijgen of koffie, er zat totaal geen initiatief in. Duurde ook verschrikkelijk lang voordat we iets te eten kregen.
Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid, voor elk wat wils.
Wij kwamen voor de boottocht over het Elblag kanaal, anders waren we geen 2 nachten gebleven.
