Very pleased

Great location, easy walk into the beautiful town.
Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Cooled water available on floors and near hotel rooms with carafes provided to take to your room a lovely feature.
Comfy beds.
View was limited and on first floor we had to have our blinds down in the bathroom for privacy. Also the pillows were not great with no spares in the room, not sure if reception could provide more, but it was a shame they weren't in the cupboards.
However, for the value, the hotel was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone exploring Poznan.

Lovely room, clean & spacious and easy walking distance (10 mins perhaps?) to the main square. Felt very safe. Staff were lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, Excellent value

We have stayed at this hotel six times now. The staff are all professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel is always spotlessly clean and tidy. Rooms are a good size. Breakfasts and evening meals cater for all and great value.
We will be staying again soon.

Four stars excellent reception staff

We spent three nights at the Hotel DeSilva we enjoyed it very much I would say the rooms do need a refurbishment the walls had been patched up a few times the bathroom was tidy but again had been fitted many years ago.Also you do get a bit of noise off the main road which can be annoying.A special mention to the reception staff they were outstanding they spoke english very well and they are a credit to the hotel.The hotel is about 7 minutes to the main square and costs about 33 zlote to get back to the airport.
