Toller Kurztrip an die polnische Ostseeküste
Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer hatte einen ordentlichen 3-Sterne-Standart mit Fernseher (4 deutschsprachiges Programme) und Kühlschrank. Das Doppelbett war neu und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Der nachts abgeschlossene Parkplatz kostet 6 € pro Tag, was in Ordnung ist. Das Hotel liegt in der zweiten Reihe neben Einfamilienhäusern. Der Strand und das Zentrum des Ortes sind fußläufig in 5 min erreichbar. Das Essen war klasse, alles selbst hergestellt! An die Salate erinnern wir uns noch heute mit großer Freude. Morgens und Abends Buffet. Angeboten wird in der Regel typische, sehr leckere und jederzeit nachgelegte Hausmannskost. Der Speiseraum im Souterrain ist klein und die Tische stehen zu eng, was der einzige wirkliche Nachteil des Hotels war. Wir haben aber zu viert immer einen Platz gefunden. An die ungewöhnlichen Abendessenszeiten von 16.30-18.00 Uhr haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt und diese schätzen gelernt (Es blieb mehr Zeit zu einem Bummel durch den Ort oder einem Abendspaziergang am Strand). WLAN war in sehr guter Qualität jederzeit vorhanden. Ein kleines Schwimmbad und Sauna waren im Nebenhaus ( Willa Florek) verfügbar. Beides sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Wir waren sehr positiv beeindruckt und kommen gern wieder zumal auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (noch) unschlagbar ist!!!

Hotel run without heart and love. Guest welfare is not important to the hotel as it is well booked.
Hotel without heart. No smiles not a nice word from the staff. Hotel manager very unfriendly and arrogant. Dinner from 4pm to 6pm. At 18.01 immediately cleared.Only the sauna for 2 people was hired although the hotel was full. Very dirty rooms. Too bad about the nice hotel.

nice accommodation, but still need to work on themselves
We had a very nice room, with a kitchen, oven, hobs, kettle, crockery, etc. We missed a coffee machine, bed a bit small for 2 people but comfortable and clean, the rooms were not cleaned during a week's vacation, beds were not made either, you could pick up fresh towels at any time. The times for dinner are impossible from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., if you arrive at 5.30 p.m. you have to accept that what is gone is not replenished, the coffee in the restaurant is not that great. But you could drink it and there were enough other things in the vending machine, e.g. cocoa and cold drinks for all meals. The swimming pool with pool was great; not that cold either. Whirlpool super warm. But only 2 loungers, probably a bit too few in summer. We didn't use the sauna that much, it was always open from 3 p.m. There is a bar where you can play games, but that is only tolerated if you leave money there. We mistakenly thought that you could take a game to your room because someone met me and was about to return it and he said that he got it from the bar, I got it later too. As we walked past reception we were very rudely insulted, we should return the game immediately and what could we think of just taking it with us, I had to go straight to the room and get the game, so to be honest I have never had such unfriendly experiences in a guest house, you don't talk to guests like that. For me that is the reason I won't book the hotel again..
The person who insulted us like that was probably the manager of the restaurant or the whole house. Now to the meals; breakfast was very good, but at dinner there was a lack of variety and the quality of the food was also poor.

Not recommended for Families/ poor service
We have booked 2 rooms for 7 people in total well in advance of our stay in July ( family with 3 kids and 2 elderly parents). On arrival we have been accommodated in two 2 triple rooms. Upon pointing this out, the owner of the property emerged and didn't even want to talk about this, said we were waisting his time and eventually gave us an extra mattress with extra bedding to put somewhere on the floor in the tiny room.
Wouldn't recommend to anybody with more than 1 child as they expect your children to sleep together in 1 bed! The bedding also was very old, poor looking, not up to any standard. No hand soap in the bathroom. No cleaning service, no change of towels in 7 days! This is OK if you're staying 1 or two days but not 7. The owner is very grumpy, doesn't care about guests and any problem you might have is a waste of time for him. Beware!

Es war...okay
Leider verlief der Check-In schon sehr unfreundlich, was gleich das Urlaubserlebnis und die Eindrücke der Unterkunft sehr trübte.
Zimmer waren sehr abgewohnt und schmuddelig. Hier ist dringend eine Renovierung nötig.
Der momentane Frühstücksraum wird von beiden Pensionen genutzt und ist dadurch viel zu klein. Es gibt zwar unterschiedliche Essenszeiten pro Haus, dies wurde aber bei Ankunft nicht mitgeteilt.
Beim Abendessen gab es kein Nachfüllen der Speisen, wenn alle, dann alle.
