Nice option for Swinoujscie

Took my daughter and her boyfriend there and we were very satisfied. Spotless apartment that easily slept 3 people, took good advantage of pool and sauna facilities, all of them well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly. Next time in town, I would not want to go anywhere else.

Best of both worlds!

I would definitely recommend this hotel, particularly because it offers the best of both worlds- self catering with a spa! The apartment was admittedly a little too small for four people, but for a couple or two friends it's perfect. The two ring hob in the kitchen was perfect for rustling up small meals, and there is various cutlery, fridge, plates ect. The sofa was very comfortable and we had a wide screen TV however BEWARE there are no english speaking channels, but there is free WI-FI. I found the place to be very reasonable for the price (we paid 117 euro for two nights) and it was just a couple of minutes walk from the promenade which had a number of very quaint cafes and restaurants. The spa which comprises of a sauna/jacuzzi and pool were empty when we went and reasonably well maintained. T Our train was also several hours late, so we weren't able to check in until 23.00, and the reception very kindly left the key next door which was nice as well.

Trevlig lägenhet med bra parkeringsmöjligheter

Trevlig lägenhet med välutrustat kök. Mycket bra läge nära strandpromenad och strand. Gångavstånd till centrum. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter på hotellets område. Trevlig och hygienisk bassäng och bubbelpool i källaren. Enda minus var dåligt kylskåp och spår av mögel i badrummet, annars hade det fått toppbetyg. Mycket mygg på orten så ta med myggspray.
Tips! 7km från centrum finns bilfärja över till den sida där färjan TT-line går. Var ute i god tid så ni inte missar avgången. Vi stod i kö en timme och då var vi ändå ute i god tid innan färjan skulle gå.

Skandaliczny poziom obsługi basenu

Jeszcze nigdy nie spotkałam się z tak chamską i nieprofesjonalną obsługą na basenie. Pan pozwalał sobie na zwracanie uwagi dzieciom krzykiem będącym pod moją bezpośrednią opieką na basenie za to, ze jedno z nich z niego wyszło. Skandaliczne aroganckie zachowanie, również w stosunku do mnie. W recepcji brak możliwości złożenia pisemnej skargi. Nie polecam, a stanowczo odradzam pobyt w tym miejscu.

Szanowna Pani,
po złożeniu przez Panią skargi na zachowanie ratownika sprawdziliśmy monitoring. Pani dzieci biegały i skakały do basenu, co jest jawnym nieprzestrzeganiem regulaminu. Ratownik zwrócił Pani dziecku uwagę, że jest to niedozwolone zwrotem "nie biegamy, nie skaczemy", co potwierdził zresztą świadek zdarzenia. Dostała Pani możliwość złożenia skargi pisemnej na kartce ale zażądała Pani książki skargi i zażaleń, a na informację, że takiej nie posiadamy (ponieważ nie jest obowiązkowa) straszyła Pani, ze wezwie Inspekcję Pracy.Jeśli Pani zdaniem słowa "szoruj mi stąd, bo wezwę męża" w stosunku do ratownika są przejawem szacunku do innej osoby to nic więcej nie mogę zrobić.

Familienurlaub in den Ferienwohnungen Nautilus 204, 206 und 302

Alle 3 Ferienwohnungen sind stark abgenutzt, die Möbel befinden sich teilweise in einem verschmutzen und desolaten Zustand.
Das gesamte Inventar müsste erneuert werden.
In diesen Ferienwohnungen kann man sich nicht wohlfühlen.
Einzig war die Lage dieses Hauses sehr gut.
Nochmal würden wir diese Ferienwohnungen nicht buchen.
