Hotel to be improved, restaurant very good
I was warmly welcomed with a pleasant smile by the lady into the reception, but unfortunately her smile is the last thing which remained into my mind, alongwith the good restaurant, about my stay here.
First of all the mattress is too soft, I guess it's the poorest type, 400 springs type, and it didn't allow me a good rest.
The room was cold upon arrival and have warmed it with airconditioning; there is a thermostat, but it's not clear what is about, because I haven't seen any termosiphons, and neither felt floor heating.
As a second minus, the bathroom was cold too, and there is NO kind of heating inside; talking about the bathroom, I have noticed the absolutely comic discoupling of the two glasses of the shower doors... it's really funny, but gives the idea of high aproximation, a careless job.
Third problem, the room (312) had a fixed closed windows, and it doesn't allow to change the air inside, not very higienic option.
Fourth problem, my window was obscured by a panel advertising the "Andrzejki" feast.
One of the two lights inside the room was not working, and there is no button switch nearby the bed, so you've to stand up to the wall.
WiFi working very well and fast.
Unfortunately the room was in the beginning of the corridor, and up to late night the arrival of new guests was very noisy inside the room.
I believe that with a little more care the hotel can gain much more quality and level.
The restaurant inside was very good to me, both in terms of service and in terms of food: waiters very kind, quick, and we were very satistied with our orders.
About the breakfast, I do suggest to use a more quality orange juice, as the proposed one looks like the cheapest and poorest in quality; the yogurth could be kept in the hall inside a small refrigerator to tast fresher and with more density.
Positive the chance to have omelette on the spot.
So overall my judgment is a pending judgement, and I hope that during the next time I will be there, the management will take in consideration even my remarks.
