Nice hotel but should be improved.

I stayed for 5 nights. The staff is helpful and kind. I like the restaurant but the menu is so limited. And at about 1030 it is closed. The meals are delicious. The breakfast looks rich but not for everybody. The rooms are clean. But the beds are really uncomfortable. The pillows are too. There is no fridge in the rooms. There should be triple rooms with real beds.it is a real 3star hotel not more.but thanks i didnt feel bad during my accomadation.

Average hotel, suitable for visiting the region

This hotel offers a reasonable breakfast and dinner. The hotel is situated near a busy street with a lot of traffic. Quite noisy. Rooms are cosy, complete and clean enough.
There's nothing to do or to see in the neighbourhood, you need a car to visit the highlights Krakau, Auschwitz etc. A supermarket and a bistro are nearby, so you can do some shoppings. Some of the staffmembers are friendly en helpful, others are unfriendly. In the bar the workers don't know anything about the wine. Prices of the drinks are low.

Great

I had a really good time here i will be back here for sure . Was always warm inside the hotel even outside was -7 . I recomand it to you polynesian ritual Lomi lomi and the prive are reasonable. Staff was very helpfull always

Some things good, others less so.

I was close to two stars for this place especially having subsequently experienced two further 3 star hotels in Southern Poland on our guided wildlife tour which were by comparison much, much better. The good points are that it is a light and airy hotel in a good location with good wifi; the room was a decent size, beds adequate, shower power good and a fan was supplied in lieu of aircon. The bad points were: the lighting in our room was very dim; the curtains don't fully cover the window; the standard lamp was broken as the socket for it; the sealant on the shower door was peeling off and the other door was prone to coming off its runners; we got one thin worn out towel each, no hand towels; the toilet has not been cleaned properly; there was no plug or drain filter in the sink; the food was underwhelming. I don't know what the competition is but I wouldn't stay here again, sorry.

good location

I recently stayed a couple of nights for business. The hotel is conveniently located close to niepolomice. Staff is friendly. Rooms are spaced enough, unfortunately tv has only polish channels and zdf. mattress may be improved. wifi connection works properly, and the brakfast is deliscious. i didn't try the spa
