Cute boutique hotel near the Center

Beautiful old Hotel, located very close to the main street that takes you to the Main Square. Excellent breakfast was included in the Hotel price. Street parking cost 50zl ($18 Canadian). Was hard to find parking close by, we were lucky to find one infront of the Hotel. As for the room, we could have had more A/C plugs in the room or even an extension cord!!

So there the address is excellent, you are located right in the old town center, in a fairly quiet street, the hotel has 2 sites almost in front of each other, in the old hotel (Welcoming and a small number of rooms and breakfast room) and like us in the other part opposite in a building with elevator, providing very large modern room and with excellent bedding, bathroom on the level too. Welcoming is remarkable while smiling and competent, giving you a wealth of information, tips and tricks making your stay unforgettable. Breakfast (practical hours) is served in the form of a savoury sweet buffet and it is hearty, but basic as often in Poland. Efficient Wifi, bedroom balcony overlooking the street and its magnificent house facades. 20 minutes walk from the train station.

A nice, unpretentious little hotel

A typical building with a beautiful facade adjacent to the main streets of the historic center. My room was a pleasant attic, with a small but comfortable bathroom; comfortable French bed, but everything was very dusty, especially the carpet. The common areas are a little gloomy and completely dark from the door to the rooms, except when the sensors are activated. So stopping on the armchairs in the hall means being in absolute darkness. Those common areas which in the photos on the site are warm and festively set are in reality gloomy and bare, at least when I was there. A small misunderstanding upon my arrival: the room was freezing and without the air conditioner remote control and the makeshift bed was made with small sheets and the mattress in sight; probably the staff didn't know about my reservation. But then they solved it (luckily). The breakfast is made of fresh products but not of great quality, I think there was nothing sweet apart from the biscuits and the packets of jam. However eggs, various vegetables, cheese, cereals and fruit.
I'm not sure if I'll return to Heban next year

Everything was OK

For the price I have paid it was good deal. Perfect location, big room and bathroom. Just window in bathroom should be repaired. Put some plywood board not paper if you wait for new window.
Breakfast was simple but OK if you consider hotel is not big.

Delightful small hotel

Charming traditional hotel, convenient for Toruń old town. We had a beautiful, huge room on the top floor with oak beams, pleasantly furnished with a sofa, two double beds and table and chairs. Staff very helpful, breakfast excellent. Very quiet. No lift, but staff helped us with our luggage. Would fully recommend this hotel.
