Comfortable ans modern stay
Breakfast was also super.
And the upgraded room as per Platinum membership was fantastic.
We will definitelly come back again very soon.

First and foremost, we'd like to offer our sincere apologies for the experience you had on arrival. If an early check-in had been confirmed prior to your stay, your arrival should certainly have been handled differently. We completely understand your disappointment, particularly after planning your journey based on that confirmation.
Equally, we're sorry that your wait was not acknowledged in the way it should have been. Regardless of room availability, we should have shown greater care and hospitality while you were waiting. We regret that we missed that opportunity.
