It would be great to receive some instructions on how to get to the apartment. It is located in a big complex, with several entrances and shared with other businesses. Some instructions to find the place and maybe a picture of the entrance would help.

Room was definitely not described or photoed correctly in correlation to the room we were in.
Central location and handy service to check in and out of and well communicated for door entry codes.
Definitely can’t check in early as code starts at 3pm and no “secure” luggage area as it sits at the side of the reception desk.
Room itself was tidy, and clean on arrival, however there was a very foul smell coming from the sink in the bathroom. This smell lasted our whole 3 day stay. The rest of the apartment was fine besides the tv didn’t work well and was all in Polish (understandable) however if you are there for a longer stay not so ideal. No ironing board to go with the iron either.

REALLY BAD!

Terrible! They are full of lies! The apartment did not match the pictures on booking.com at all. It wasn't even close! It was dirty; the bathroom smelled and there was noise from the street because the windows didn't close properly. We were really taken by the nose. And discovered many bad reviews afterwards, I wish we had seen it earlier. Of course, the company will not give us money back, it is a "non-refundable room", which is a smart way to hustle money. We left the room after 20 min and stayed somewhere else.
