Value for money, good location

Value for money.
Only 5 minutes from the train station.
Warm house in Quiet location.
warm house and fully equipped kitchen.
Very nice owner Mrs Danusia made my stay extraordinary.
Additional services available check their website.
Im glad that I stayed in Willa Wiktoria in Zakopane.

TRAGEDY

Horrific and Scandalous This was the worst experience in my life . I ll start from the first day, no towels in the room , and one of the two bed's sheet was missing so the blanket was on the dirty mattress directly i will not discuss more about beds ! ,in the bathroom it was half toilet paper roll and also some rubbish inside the bin probably from the previous guest , the floor was extremely dirty no one has wiped out for a long time i have never seen something like that before .windows foul of dust and mud , the WC was very dirty no sense of hygiene at all nobody cleaned it , no soap nothing to clean your hands ,we also had a kettle for water it was half filled up with brown water so disgusting, the bathroom doors was broken and we couldn't close it ,the windows curtains was to short and everyone was able to see us from the road!we saw only two three times the owners however we checked in very early in the morning around 7 am , I would have say that the owners are kind but when someone is kind and really nice, its going to host you like a family member because he loves his job ,but this was such an ironic kindness , we were treated indirectly like animals , i don t know if the reason for this bad treatment was that we were foreigners but it seems that polish people give much better reviews . I know that 25 euros per night are not so much and i m not expecting luxury things ,but just the basics should be given for everyone, a clean room and clean towels and sheets. I also have a small apart-hotel and i know how it works. you dont have to be perfect just love your business and be professional!

Cool place in great localization

It's a nice place very close to train and bus station. We had a bathroom in our room and full access to big kitchen (with all utilities - fridge, cooker, microwave, cutlery, etc.) and dining room. Owner is a really nice person and when electricity went off he appeared and repaired it in 15 minutes. We're definitely staying there next time.

Dirty. Unfriendly. Lamp spoilt. Tv spoilt

I was here for 3 days and the stay was unpleasant. Firstly the room is not noise proof. So when the other ppl in the opposite room talk you can hear it. Secondly room was dirty. There was here in the sink. Dusts in room. Thirdly the bed sheet was too short for the bed and it only covered the 3/4 of the bed. Fourth, the lamp was spoilt. While the other rooms have functioning TVs our room's tv was spoilt. What a coincidence. All in all, find some better places if you are not in budget.

Great Service, Great Locaion

We arrived late in Zakopane at 23:00. The owner was patiently waiting for us upon our arrival. The villa was very close to the bus station as stated. The owner and his wife were extremely hospitable and accomodating.They had gone out of their way to get information for us to see the town and even had offered to drive us to some of the places that we wanted to go. Also they provided us with bicycles when we wanted to take them out free of charge.
I would have to say for the price this is definitely a great value, quite clean, comfortable rooms with televisions and some of the rooms have amazing views of the Tatra Mountains. We had a fantastic sleep, it is not far away from the main street but far enough where there is peace and quiet. We had a great sleep all 3 nights. Overall my girlfriend and I were very pleased with the service and our stay. We would definitely recommend this villa for the price.
