Super

A very nice hotel is centrally located, friendly staff good service fixes most things.
Good room clean and tidy there is bar/dining room good food,free wifi,music entertainment.
Close to restaurants in the city good food etc.
Man take a taxi to Pellister enjoy beautiful nature views.
There is a restaurant if you want to eat/drink something
Then you can go to Ohrid then this beautiful city.

A hotel of many, but nothing special.

A relatively scruffy hotel. Old in exhibition, and in service. Whether you can recommend, you have to decide personally. It's not typical Macedonian. But we slept, and we could continue driving without any problems.

Not recommended

Total disappointment!
Shower door - broken , safe - broken and very portable, air conditioning - joke, bed mattress- like sleeping on rubber,
Service - very slow and constantly forgetting our drink orders. “ eftpos machine was not working therefore cash payment was required , which made this gangster hang out even more dodgy !

Very welcoming and good location

A decent hotel very close to Shirok Sokak where friendly dogs and good restaurants await. The manager was very friendly and offered free everything, further making the stay a very good value. The room itself was spacious and mostly in good condition. Overall, great value and recommended.

Welcoming staff

On arrival we were greeted by welcoming staff with a good knowledge of English as well as being informative and helpful. We had a clean and comfortable room which was also quiet despite the busy restaurant below. The personable manager who also served us a hearty breakfast in the morning could not do enough for us. We thoroughly recommend this centrally situated hotel if you are visiting Bitola.
