I was shown 2 switches one for DO NOT DISTURB and Other for ROOM CLEANING, shoud i need any i should turn the switch on. I did not turn any of them on, as i came back from outside i found my bed was done up and realised some one has been into the room. As i was not expecting anyone to come in to the room while i was out, i had left all my belonings in the room scatterd. I felt my privacy had been invaded so i told the reception staff and he said i should have put the do not disturd switch on if i did not want the room cleaning. I was not satisfied with the management answer and service.

Good rooms but needs to improve with service

Suite rooms. Only good thing this hotel offers. However, room lighting was quite bad, not every time you want dim lighting in your room.
Breakfast: complimentary but horrible. Salty foods. Dessert section was like 0/10, the servers roam around with fried eggs and asks if the customers want any egg. Overall, it can be said that, this hotel has not kept any good chef and they really don't care about their food. They only are proud about their suite rooms, spa, swimming pool (more like a big tub).
Service: one of the 2 female front desk employee (without glasses) was really nice and professional. There was another one bearded guy who I think doesn't know he is in the hospitality sector. On the checkout day, I called the reception and told to take my luggage, he said okay. Then 15 minutes, no one bothered to come. I then took the luggage myself to the lobby and asked the servers about it, they seemed like they were not told to take my luggage. And the whole conversation was heard by the bearded guy at the front desk, he didn't even care to bother. I personally told him about the issue as well and he totally ignored the fact and not a single "sorry" came out of his mouth.
Room service was good enough as per what we asked for.
The security guards were quite nice and friendly. The guards are not directly involved with the customers in terms of services, still they are doing a great job. Others can learn from them.
Swimming pool: you cannot just make a big tub and call it a swimming pool to increase your star rating of the hotel!
Last but not the least: the main door of the room didn't have any manual security lock to do from the inside! Like, the room service already got all the keys fo the rooms for themselves, and anyone of them can easily enter the room while we are still in the room! At least the bedroom got a separated locking system!

Worst experience ever

Been there june for 4 nights. Everyone(staff)and everything was good. Food, accommodation , service, location then why worst ? The reason is the masterbed, the main bed bed linens wasn't changed, bedsheet we used that used by some other guests as well and they might have itching problem (scabish) or something.after long night travel once we checked in we directly go to the bed to relax ourselves, after couple of hours me,my wife, my daughter everyones feet was itching(heavily). We didn't take that seriously as we thought it can be ants maybe on the bed . After the holiday we all went to the doctor, we said everything to the doctor regarding this and congratulations we were right. took medicine But trust me it's continuously itching till date, it's been a month already. This wasn't expected at all
Feel like you went for holiday and brings lifetime sickness with you,with your family.
This is my suggestion to everyone travelling in any hotel please double check the beddings, towels before use otherwise this small thing can destroy you completely.
