汚濁水に対するホテルの不誠実な対応
部屋の湯船にお湯をはると濁ってました。ホテルに改善を求めると、緊急のメンテナンスを実施したことが原因で既に直ったと連絡を受けました。部屋に戻りシャワーを浴びると頭皮が痒くなったため、再度お湯をはると状況は変わりませんでした。一時間以上、お湯を出しっぱなしにしましたが改善されず、深夜を迎えたので寝ました。翌朝、再度、お湯をはると状況は改善されておらず、ホテルに返金を求めましたが応じていただけませんでした。五つ星ホテルで特別な滞在を期待していましたが、非常に残念な結果となりました。
とGoogle Mapに投稿したところ下記回答がありました。自身の非を認めず、サービスを提供しないにも関わらず返金に対応しない姿勢が確認できます。

Excellent value for money, a must in Dhaka
The hotel is elegant, very well maintained and offers an excellent level of comfort. The staff is professional, attentive and always ready to help, making the experience particularly enjoyable. Special mention is made for Mr Olivier Loraux and his team.
The rooms are modern, spacious, clean and well equipped. The common areas are neat and the general atmosphere of the hotel is both luxurious and warm. Breakfast is varied and of excellent quality, with a wide selection of international and local dishes.
The location is also an asset, convenient for travel to Dhaka, whether for business or leisure.
Overall, the InterContinental Dhaka offers a premium and reliable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service and tranquility in the heart of Dhaka.
