Rest in MAY 2026

Stayed at the hotel for a week, really enjoyed breakfast-eat EVERYTHING! Didn't like-in the rooms very cold, very little light, some kind of semi-gloom, in the bathtub with toilet (shared that minus) very cold, the towels at the entrance to the pool don't give out yet in a hammy tone said to wear theirs! Well, that's the height of absurdity for five stars, the lobby and their hotel restaurant smelled like tobacco all the time. In short, the hotel is not by 5 stars unequivocally, the location is good in the city center, from train 10 minutes on foot. Well, I don't recommend it explicitly.

The hotel is tired, as are the staff.

Pros - convenient location, comfortable room, there is a swimming pool and sauna.
From the downside:
The bathroom smelled like stale water for the four days it was there. Nothing helped.
The room door card didn't work. I went to change my card six times, only when I threw them a card and yelled, they were kind enough to send the technician who fixed the lock. And even no "sorry" for the situation. In Vietnam, with this situation, there was a thousand apologies and a compliment from the hotel.
There was no TV in the room. A technician came in, picked around, said he'd change the TV. Naturally, no one changed anything.
You have to go to the pool in a bathrobe and with your towel from your room - through the restaurant.
Breakfast for 50+ Belarusian rubles sucks. Nothing to eat, no coffee.

Fake 5*

Pros: location - the very center, 10 minutes on foot to Minsk-Passengerskoye station, 5 minutes - Independence Square, Red Church, mass of restaurants, cafes, shops and other things, which is needed primarily by the tourist.
Cons: everything else. Doorman - seen once in 6 days, supported the reception. A narrow and extremely inconvenient door that barely fits a man of medium dimensions (assuming this can be blamed on the fact that the building is a historical property, protected by the state etc). Check-in from 14:00, came by 13:30, smiles, words of greeting to guests at the reception - don't harbour hopes, it's not customary here, back in USSR (although here the hosts of the Turks...). For "Good afternoon!" for "Passports!". And only after paying for a standard 2-bed room over $100 per night, turns out the room is not ready. No problem, 2:00 p.m. is not yet. They left their suitcases, went to lunch. Back to reception at 2:45 p.m. It's another lady. So they say and so, calling somewhere, issuing cards, passwords Wi-Fi, trying to get up to the floor, in the elevator the buttons of this floor are blocked, another elevator, going up, approaching the room - oil painting - room door open, maid's cart, cleaning. They didn't bother the man. Back to the reception. Explain the situation. Thought they'd apologize, offer a compliment. Nah, just a resentful look on his face with notes of contempt. They gave us another number, up we go. Oh, miracle, "ready" number. We open it, I think it's okay. Bath - 3 (!) towels. For two, two baths, one underfoot. Calling the already "home" reception. Yes, yes. No one knocked on the room in 10 minutes. We go down for a walk, turn to the reception. We have 3 towels for two. And then the bright dyed blonde, who communicates in Russian with difficulty (the bright fricative "G" in it betrays not a native of Belarus) performs at least stand, at least fall: "Sho, do I have to?" How I held back on my moral will - I don't know. I wanted to play first-class arithmetic, of course: 2 guests, 3 towels, 5 stars - put the extra stuff away. But I didn't. Towels, in two pieces, small, for hands, delivered. Cleaning the room limped, one day after five hours out of the room, with a sign hanging - was not cleaned. At the reception, the young lady said with an absolutely arrogant look, "We have rooms to clean actually until 7 p.m.!". I didn't hold back here. A reminder of the number of stars. Wet cleaning never happened in six days. The dust at the end of the stay was lumps. The number is weird, the wooden hangers are all scratchy, you can't hang a knit, there will definitely be hooks. The refrigerator wasn't working. The bathroom floor is freezing. So is the bathroom itself. It was used as a replacement for the fridge. There are no towel dryers. The poor glass door to part of the bathroom did not save from flooding the floor during showering, the banal bar with curtain is much more practical. Furniture is all flea market, vintage in a word. No noise insulation. The key cards were demagnetized. The lights are dim everywhere - corridors, rooms. The TV wasn't turned on as necessary. Breakfasts, spas, parking lots and other casinos have not been used. It's not an A*. It's different. And yes, we understand.

Not a foot again!!! If you want normal and honest service, bypass this place.

Guests are treated with spit. They ordered two identical club rooms. 31 m2, etc. The rooms were different: one normal, spacious, the other dark and washed out. At reception, three ladies with lean faces assured that the rooms were the same. The bigger one, that is, as stated, we are just lucky (!!!), and the second, smaller one, is just what is needed. Luck lay, attention, in the layout of the building. It turns out that this is what is decisive, in living and comfort. After several approaches and interactions, around 9 p.m., a fruit plate was offered. It's for the shabby couch and the lack of cleaning. Room cleaning here means changing towels and water in 0.5 bottles. Speaking of which, they didn't give us cookies because they only come in the room when you check in. And there was no cream in the five-star hotel. By the way, this very "stardom" is not very clear. The spa they so widely describe and advertise turns out not to be a hotel. So is parking. What are the stars, sorry? For one restaurant and strange explanations like this? The room cost 390 rubles, for two nights, that's 780. We were charged 810. Apparently, they decided to buy cream or tape up a ripped-off bed. It's a trifle, but the impression remains appropriate. They don't give any documents or checks. It's like a train station diner. They even give it away.

Terrible treatment of guests

I was terribly struck by the way the guests were treated. Were guests of this hotel on the 16th of May evening. Asked my friend for directions to the spa, since the sign was pointing to the casino. Couldn't find a way the first time, followed by a guard screaming. We thought we'd go over and figure out where to go, but he kept yelling at us. Twice she asked me not to speak in that tone, to which he started teasing me. I've never seen that attitude anywhere.
