Family vacation

Good afternoon! We were in late March. We took two numbers. There are extremely positive impressions. The service is very attentive. What's more, they found the cross chain I lost and returned it. The grounds are well maintained. The cost of accommodation was a pleasant surprise. And the spa allowed you to relax between trips)) Huge thanks to the staff of the complex!

Briefly about service and communication

The Instagram manager ignored the request to leave the offer to the complex. Wrote to their official email, left the data for feedback - also hung for almost a month without reply. For total indifference to guests, ignoring feedback and violating the legislation on citizens' appeals - I rank 1 star.
I hope the management enjoys it.

Threw at a discount

We had a corporate discount. But it turns out it only works in the presence of my partner (on the last name) The price was raised by 20% in the process of settlement. Uncomfortable location. Very far from the city. Spa paid $20 .

Weird impressions of arrival. Holidaying with friends. There were no questions about maintenance. But there are certain questions for the spa. The baths work once a time. Guests, as we understand the regulars, are rude, it feels like the whole service is trapped under them. Organization of the event

I would like to express great dissatisfaction with the organization of the holiday, thought they had to order a banquet, rent a cottage and organize everything beautifully, in the end - they first said one thing, then another, in the end the price came out twice as expensive as they initially said and it was written on the site, such a beautiful place and the service - no lower. Chose a different location, and it was in the worst top in the future of events
