Family friendly
Tamara was incredibly kind and accommodating from the moment we arrived. She adored my kids, and my kids absolutely loved her too—it felt like we were visiting a friend rather than staying at a guesthouse. The room we stayed in, the Africa Room, was clean and beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail.
Every morning the breakfast was delicious, with fresh bakeries and homemade dishes, especially the homemade coddled eggs which were absolutely amazing. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared.
My kids were also thrilled with the tree house, which quickly became their favorite place to play.
A very special thank you to Tamara for her kindness when one of my kids got sick—she even took us to the hospital and made sure we were okay. That level of care meant so much to our family.
Staying here truly made our Belgium tour complete and memorable. By the end of the trip, it felt like we had made a friend in Belgium. We would definitely recommend Koto Bed and Breakfast to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place with a pristine and relaxing vibe.

Fantastic PEACE/LUXURY experience in a busy city

Hidden gem in the centre of Antwerp
Well received by Tamara.
Parking and swimming pool are an added value!
We slept in the Africa room and the 2 kids in the treehouse, very nice!
Breakfast we found a bit too basic, but otherwise we enjoyed very much! We of the tranquility and cozy garden, the kids of the pool and the tree house!
Definitely recommended with children!
