Modern, comfortable hotel
Beautiful modern hotel, set in an old building, in a very central location and very convenient for visiting Brussels on foot. The reception is a bit spartan compared to the general level of the property, while the rooms are spacious and comfortable. In ours, the bathroom was divided into two rooms, with the toilet isolated from the other functions and with both a shower and a bathtub (but obviously no bidet). The only drawback is the glass bathroom door, which can disturb sleep if used at night.
The breakfast is good and varied. The fitness area, however, is rather small and could be improved.
A particularly appreciated plus is the presence of drinking water dispensers on all floors for guests: a simple and very convenient solution for refilling water, which unfortunately is not found in many other hotels.
Overall, an excellent solution, especially for the location, the space, and the practicality of the services offered.
The breakfast is good and varied. The fitness area, however, is rather small and could be improved.
A particularly appreciated plus is the presence of drinking water dispensers on all floors for guests: a simple and very convenient solution for refilling water, which unfortunately is not found in many other hotels.

Siamo lieti che abbia goduto del comfort delle nostre camere e dell’atmosfera moderna che si combina con il fascino del palazzo antico. Il nostro team apprezza anche che abbia trovato utile la suddivisione del bagno e gradito la soluzione dei dispenser d’acqua presenti ai piani.
Detto ciò, ci dispiace se alcuni aspetti come la reception dal carattere essenziale e la dimensione della nostra area fitness non siano stati pienamente all’altezza delle sue aspettative. Prendiamo nota del disagio causato dalla porta in vetro del bagno e faremo tesoro delle sue osservazioni per migliorare la praticità del soggiorno.
Per concludere in positivo, ci fa davvero piacere che la colazione e la posizione centrale abbiano reso il suo soggiorno pratico e piacevole per visitare Bruxelles. Speriamo che anche la possibilità di muoversi facilmente a piedi sia stata un valore aggiunto durante la sua permanenza.

Perfect location
Ideally located hotel round the corner from Brussels central station and Grand Place. The square the hotel sits in is beautiful. We booked direct and asked for a high court yard facing room, I mentioned it was my 50th birthday too. We were told they would try to accommodate, at check in we arrive at 11am and told to come back soon, we came back at 1.45pm to be told it's too early and come back, they were making the room special for my birthday! We came back at 3pm and room needed to be checked if ready, I was handed a box of waffles for my birthday and told it was a very nice room. We checked in finally and the room was on 4th floor and front facing, the room was nothing special and no surprise so I don't understand why we had to wait so long for the room (411)! Right outside the lift too!! it was spacious and clean but wouldn't say special! At 3pm Friday until Sunday evening there was a Kurdistan celebration in the area to the right of the hotel, it was so loud it spoilt the atmosphere in the square, the noise on one evening went on until 4am on the Saturday night, this is probably why we were not offered a court yard room as the noise would have been even more horrendous! It would have been nice to have been told when booking this was an annual event. The reception staff were friendly, you can store your luggage too. It's in a perfect location. We appreciated the water refill station on the room level. I did expect more from a 4 star hotel , I think the room needed a refresh. Cleaners were friendly.

Right in the heart of everything. 2 minute walk to Grand Place. Rooms were big and comfortable. All round perfect hotel

Had a lovely 2 night stay. Room was very clean and the staff were excellent. The location was perfect right in the city centre.
