Terrible!...stay away from it!
To the question: —are we obliged to eat dinner in hotel— answer: “how else do you think we will pay the staff!?...otherwise you won’t come anyway?”...he immediately cancelled our booking!

Worst experience ever.
Unfriendly host and hostess.
This is really unseen.
1 pistol per person for breakfast.
The ham looked green, yogurt and actimel warm. In other words the food was not chilled and is really distasteful.
Dinner cold, too. Obliged to take this. If we said anything about it, the employee would say very angrily: You have to deal with my boss. And we heard this regularly at other tables.
At check out not asking how it had been. When we gave a comment the hostess said they had enough guests and we could go elsewhere.

Dealt with in a bad way, stay away
Dramatic experience, with all due respect to some people on the permanent staff. Boss and his wife are not customer friendly at all. Upon arrival on Friday our shower turned out to be broken and we had already reported that at 2.30pm. ‘No problem, I’ll pass it on’, said the lady at the reception when I asked if she could find another technician on Friday afternoon. Upon arrival after a hot day at the beach, the problem appeared not to be solved and the good man at the reception knew nothing. That led to some back and forth, phone calls and the option to shower in the basement in a mini private room (with embarrassing dirty toilet) of the boss. The day after, the boss personally checked the broken condition of the shower in our room. Only when pressed quietly did he appear to want to think about compensation for the inconvenience (48 hours without a shower tap in our own room, with all laundry and clothes back and forth to the -1 floor in the basement ...)
That compensation turned out at check-out ... 10 euros per night on a room rate of 265. Yeah. That's downright laughable.
The fact that the lady almost triumphantly announced the discount at check-out and afterwards made a snide remark about my name was unrelated. Hubby himself did not listen to our protest. And then we hadn't even mentioned the sneer at his own loyal staff when he himself stood in the kitchen and got a justified question whether the (albeit tasty but lukewarm/cold) bearnaise sauce could be warmed up.
Here's a cool tip: stay away from it.

Service not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel
Hotel very well located near the sea.
When making a reservation, you have to ask the same question twice to get an answer. For example, to reserve a parking space, you have to insist to be told that there is no parking available.
Standard room very small for a 4-star hotel. No place to put a suitcase. 50 centimeters between the end of the bed and the wall. No mini bar (or I just couldn't find it) and not even a small bottle of water for a 4-star hotel. All these little flaws could be overlooked with a warm welcome.
Well, no.
At breakfast at 7:30, we felt like we were bothering someone. A gentleman in service
was very unpleasant, even rude, that I didn't even want to order a second hot drink. This gentleman does not belong in a restaurant service that interacts with customers where smiling is optional.....
And to top it all off, they try to cheat you when paying the bill by charging you for two extra meals at 90 euros when you are on half board. And I won't even mention the flat bottle of water at 8 euros.
The half-board menu at 45 euros excluding drinks is not up to par with a soup, a cod fillet, and a fruit salad.
In short, it's a shame that the service in this establishment is not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel when it has a great location.
So, this is an address I do not recommend.
