Fullness

Fullness. Very quiet room, spacious, quality bedding. Hotel decorated with taste. Restaurant on the ground floor, unfortunately I had not thought to book. Good breakfast

Breakfast not available

Hello,
We stayed from 17 to 18 January.
The room (Leonard) was very welcoming and the bedding excellent.
The only downside was the breakfast. We arrived at 9:20 and:
- no (or more) bread
- no (or more) pastries
- no (or more) cold cuts
- no (or more) eggs
We were terribly disappointed by what was on offer, and particularly for the price of 20 euros/person.
Please find attached the photos that will confirm our observation.
Also, we are unable to reach the hotel by email.

A bit disappointed

The hotel website does not disclose it is a staff-less property, with access code provided a day or two before check-in for access to the building and rooms.
Feels like it should be made clear to guests in advance.
Breakfast is supposedly served between 8 and 10am; on the Sunday morning of our our stay, the breakfast contractor showed up at 9:15am (car problems supposedly) and did not serve until 9:30am.
Too expensive for a property without a front desk, basic staff, a bar, etc…

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. At the time of your visit, the hotel had just been taken over, and some parts of the service were still being adjusted.
Since then, we have made several improvements, including clearer and more detailed communication about how our hotel operates — while remaining an entirely digitalized establishment, as intended in our concept. We have also improved the organisation of the breakfast service to ensure better punctuality.

Your perfect weekend getaway near Namur.

What a nice hotel. Spacious, clean rooms, tasteful furnishings and a beautiful view over the Maas. Delicious breakfast and very friendly owners. Many sights nearby and only a few hours' drive from the Netherlands. We had a wonderful weekend, see you next time!

Amazing experience in Profondeville

On the day of arrival you receive an email with a code to the door. It took us a bit of time to figure out which door (there is a main door going up some steps and a door downstairs). Personally I would love someone at reception to tell you a bit more about your hotel, room etc but we figured it all out. Lovely rooms, the suite at the top floor can get a bit warm even at just 20 degrees. There is no airconditioning but a fan (that works well). Next morning at breakfast we got to know Nathalie. Very lovely and welcoming. The breakfast is outstanding with eggs cooked to order. Ham and cheeses from a local shop, we even took some home as we loved it so much. As we had some bad weather the honesty bar and the big sitting area was very welcome and comfortable. We stayed for 5 days and had a great time. We got some restaurant tips from the website and tried multiple places, we loved "Le café de la Gare" and "Le Moma"
