ANC Resort ở Lagoa, sát hồ cách Cảng Ponta Delgada và Nhà thờ Nossa Senhora do Rosario 15 phút lái xe. Khách sạn căn hộ này cách Đài quan sát Pisão 2,6 km và cách Đường mòn Praia Lagoa do Fogo 7,3 km. Hãy nhớ đừng bỏ qua cơ hội tận hưởng mọi dịch vụ, tiện nghi thể thao, giải trí, bao gồm hồ bơi ngoài trời và sân quần vợt ngoài trời. Các dịch vụ, tiện ích khác tại Khách sạn căn hộ này bao gồm quyền truy cập Internet không dây miễn phí, TV ở khu vực chung và dịch vụ hỗ trợ tour/vé du lịch. Could be an insider tip!
The hotel complex is located near the village of Aqua de Pau. It is a small hotel located on a cliff. The hotel is partly being rebuilt and expanded just outside. The pool area at the hotel near the restaurant is already completely renovated in my opinion (see photos). Near the pool, a wooden staircase is built into a lower area. It is not yet clear what it is to become. The pool is great and the view too! It is possible to use 2 pools. The one pool is a little further away, but was mostly very empty. The view from the last room of 1. Floor is fantastic.
Each apartment has a kitchenette. The bathrooms are clean and also the beds are cozy.
From the hotel it is possible to book excursions or attend yoga classes.
Restaurant:
The breakfast is very nicely arranged and you sit very comfortably in the newly renovated restaurant. Music is played that makes breakfast twice as enjoyable. You also catch people dancing along ;-).
However, the coffee machine would have to make better cappuccino or coffee. Unfortunately, there is no foam in the cappuccino. It would be great if there were not just a salt and pepper shaker.
We were 2 times dinner and once lunch buffet eating. The lunch buffet could offer a bit more choice for the price (20,- Euro per person). Dinner is recommended.
Personnel:
The experience is reflected in the snapshot, it does not affect the whole staff. At the reception you could be friendlier and offer guests something from the water dispenser on their own. The receptionist should also explain details of the hotel to guests. Unfortunately, this was not done. In the restaurant everyone was friendly so far, yet we wish to be a little more welcome there. They could make more sales if they kept an eye on the guest.
Unfortunately, there was also no Service by the pool. You had to walk to the restaurant and get it yourself. The restaurant also has closing times, which should also be noted. The kitchenette certainly serves you, because you could also cool drinks or cook something. But we really didn't cook and wanted a full service. I'm afraid they haven't offered it yet. It would also be great if there was ice cream in the hotel - for the kids. The whole hotel concept is not quite conclusive for us.
The hotel has a lot of potential!!! Great location !!!! Rest!!! Cosy atmosphere in the restaurant...
Environment:
Leaving the hotel to the right you come to a beach...don't forget water shoes!! Also to the left you come after about 1000m to another beach, which is guarded. This one was also very stony. On the left beach there are also changing facilities and there is parking and an area to have a barbecue ...and a small kiosk for a coffee or an ice cream.
You can also walk to the village, but you have to accept an incline. With a reservation (Attention very important in the Azores) you can eat very well at A Casa do Abel. Without a reservation, it won't work. In the village there is also a small supermarket and you can eat ice cream with the kids.
Locals also call the area around the hotel -the Cote D'Azur....:-)
PS: Towels for the pool can be borrowed for 10 euros..please note how you handed in the money..we only got less back..went our friends so !!!
