The apartment had a broken AC, i contacted the company that rents out the apartment but nothing was done to it.
We only recived two towels even though we were for people to start with.
The apartment smelled like a dead rat at times

Disaster

All negative, cockroaches in the kitchen, shower that didn't work, the air machine made a lot of noise, the lounge sofa bed uncomfortable. We could only spend one night, at 8 a.m. the next day we advised that we left the apartment and are not responsible for anything. In addition to being misleading advertising why the photos they show are of the upper apartment they have by the pool , after they give one overlooking the back alley in a first and it is scary to open the sleeping window of what you see in that street .

Good quality, good location property

We had a great time at this property. The apartment was clean, and the air con and pool allowed for a relaxing time after enjoying what lisbon has to offer. It's a bit of a walk to the main tourist and shopping areas, and the immediate surrounding are a little bit 'urban', but you'll be in nice cobblestoned townhouse streets within 5 minutes walk. The restaurants below are great, with fantastic food and drinks, and lovely staff, perfect for a morning boost. There was some hubub outside in the evenings, but the windows are very sound proofed and the air con worked well, so I didn't find this an issue. Woukd definitely stay here again, it's a fantastic base for a fantastic city.

Bad service and not worth the money.

Like:
The apartments are well located in relation to the city. Nice size of the apartment.
Dislike :
When we arrived in the evening, we could not get in with the code we had received, and had to contact the landlord. Unfortunately, this happened several times.
AC not working when we arrived (it was hot), but was fixed 2 days later.
There was a broken ceramic hob (there was glass you could cut yourself on.), crockery/kitchen items were missing and the dishwasher did not work during the entire stay. It was not done while we were there, although we contacted them several times and were promised that it would be done. During my own troubleshooting, it turned out that the dishwasher was not connected to power at all. After testing with an extension cord, we could hear the dishwasher turn on with a beep, but then go into error mode. It all suggests that the landlord knew it wasn't working. The coffee machine was not there when we arrived, despite the fact that capsules had been placed for one. One came after a few days, but it didn't work. Around the fourth day, one finally arrived that worked.
The one bathroom was very small (fair enough) and had no hooks for towels. Water ran out onto the floor from the shower cubicle when you took a shower, so the entire floor got wet. There was also no toilet lid or toilet paper holder. You could see the lid had once been there, just as the roll holder had also broken off.
The main door to the apartment was not closed and it was blowing in and it was rattling.
We notified the landlord several times about the deficiencies and noticed they eventually stopped answering the phone. If we immediately called from another number, we got through immediately. This happened during office hours and several times.
The cleaner was very friendly, but was limited in what she could solve of problems.
