Perfection
This beautiful hotel always delivers a luxurious experience. The amenities are amazing and the attentive staff makes you feel welcome. The restaurant and bar are lovely and the spa is relaxing. The rooms are spacious and luxurious.

Loved our stay here!
Wow! If only all hotels were this good! I am so pleased that TA wasn't wrong on this one. This hotel is practically perfect! I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Lisbon. The service gets an "A+" from us. From the delightful breakfast, complete with a piano player every morning, to the little touches like slipper service at night, this hotel was wonderful.
The only issue that we had was that the hotel has a gym and I got there early to run and the AC was not working. When I say it wasn't working, it clearly clicked on at 6 AM but before then, there was just stagnant air. I reported it and felt that they went above and beyond to try to fix this and make it better. Things happen, it's the response from management that lets hotel guest know they care and I can tell that this team does care about their guests and their jobs. I would return here the next time we are in Lisbon for sure!

Perfect
From the beautifully appointed modern and clean bathroom with an excellent shower, to the comfortable bed where everything is at your fingertips, to the very efficient air conditioning and extensive buffet in the lovely dining room, this hotel is perfect

Diego and Ana at guest services were amazing in their help, information, bookings and friendly attitude, always with a smile. Hotel security were great in accompanying me to another room on my last night. Loved the pool and the view from my room. And the shuttle to downtown was so convenient.

True 5 star experience
This is the best hotel we’ve ever have ever stayed in. There is no comparison to any other 5 star hotels we’ve been to, this one is head and shoulders above them all.
On arrival we were given a private check in as we’d booked a suite. Sarah was absolutely lovely, making sure we were very informed and it was clear she cared about her guests.
The room itself was incredible. We were on the 6th floor and had a fab view of low flying planes landing at Lisbon. It was completely soundproofed and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping staff were spot on and it was truly immaculate.
We used the spa twice and would definitely recommend the water therapy circuit. So relaxing! Apart from breakfast we didn’t eat at the hotel but used the soul garden bar on a couple of evenings. Big shout out to Eric in there who was super friendly and helped us choose some stunning cocktails!
I’m saving the best till last - the sky lounge. The experience in here is unsurpassed in our opinion. Clearly the best lounge we have ever used, and we were even allowed to use it to wait for our late afternoon flight after check out, which in itself is a bonus. We want to thank the lovely Ruth on reception who always welcomed us by name and was at pains to make us comfortable without being intrusive. Then onto Inder, who, if you haven’t tried his eggs Benedict, then you haven’t lived! Last but most certainly not least, thank you to Daniel who does the work of 3 staff and never without a smile and a lovely chat (you should give him a pay rise!)
Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel. It is out of the city, but the shuttle bus was excellent, and made it so easy to explore. All staff we encountered during our stay were wonderful and it was clear they enjoyed being part of the brand, which is testament to management. Thank you for having us and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
