Completely blown away!
The Hyatt Regency at Lisbon was a great deal with points, so I wasn't expecting much. We went in expecting it to be a mid-level property, but it was well beyond expectations. The staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. The rooms were stunning and spacious. The entire hotel was a decor inspiration, and I even took photos for a future bathroom renovation. The location especially, close to the water, multiple groups of cute shops, very very walkable, and near multiple important office buildings, was a relief. I came with hopes of a clean bed, and I left very impressed with the hotel and with Lisbon in general. I highly recommend!
*We didn't have a chance to try breakfast, but both the cafe and dinner were very delicious and had multiple vegetarian options - tricky in Portugal.

Great all-rounder hotel in Lisbon
Great reception, as well as the general friendliness of the staff was great. The location of the hotel was super, you were quickly in the city, as well as close to public transportation. The rooms were large enough, clean, and were cleaned daily. The spa is included and offers great opportunities for relaxation. The highlight was the breakfast, which every morning included, among other things, fresh salmon, eggs in any form, fresh bread, as well as various sweet dishes. Highly recommended!

Quiet Location with Great Service
We stayed here for a couple nights at the beginning of our trip to Portugal. We were greeted warmly and upgraded to a suite style room that was spacious and had everything we needed. While the hotel is not located in the city center, it is a nice location with views of the river. It is conveniently located near a tram stop and quick to get a Bolt if you need a ride.
The rooftop bar has gorgeous views of the river and bridge. Room service was pretty fast, great service, and tasted good. Service throughout the stay was helpful. We left for an early hike one morning and the desk attendant helped us get coffee before we departed. The bed was comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Great staff and food quality
Absolutly loved my experience. The restaurant has really high food safety standards and is so satisfying have family moments on ambients like this. Please go on on beying the best ones.

Great Stay, But Missing a Pool for Kids
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth.
The only suggestion I have is that during the summer, it would be great if the hotel had a pool or some type of water play area for kids. We were expecting a swimming pool or water facilities for children, especially during the hot summer months, but unfortunately, there weren't any.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
