Family vacation Portugal

Thank you for making our stay in Portugal very comfortable and welcoming. The suite was kept very clean and your staff did an excellent job. Excellent place for family of five.

No four star hotel

We wonder why this hotel is a 4 star hotel. The furniture was worn, the door did not close well, no toothbrush holder,...breakfast had wa and cold food, but even though open until 11.00, no bread, cake,.. was available at 10.30 and was not refilled. Breakfast room an buffet was so small that it felt like on a Youth Hostel. Staff was friendly and Hotel close to metro/busstation.

Good experience in this Hotel. Big apartment and very good situation.
Besides if you go with car the hotel has his own parking without cost, and he is very necessary because in this area there is not parking available out in the street

A bit dated but otherwise great

We first had a studio room on the 4th floor, which in Finnish terms was on the bigger side. The interior is a bit dated, but nice enough.
The freezer compartment in the fridge didn't shut properly though, so as it thawed it soaked whatever was underneath. In addition, there was some noise from the garbage collectors downstairs at 1 AM. We asked for a room on the opposite side, but as there wasn't one available, they moved us up to the 7th floor so we wouldn't be kept awake. They apparently collect almost every night.
Our second room had a massive terrace, big enough to land a chopper on, with a view towards the approach for landing planes. We never heard a peep from garbage collection for the rest or our stay, nor could you hear any noise from the aircraft.
The room has too few power outlets, but I had read up beforehand and came prepared with an extension cord. In general, the electrical work and water/plumbing could use an update.
The swimming pool was great; not heated, but this worked out better as it was 40 degrees out. Great for cooling off. The pool is larger than it looks in the pictures. The old fabric tarps covering the poolside bar have been replaced with a glass terrace.
The staff was friendly and spoke good English. The air-conditioning worked really well, which was key during the summer heat. The beds are enormous.

A very pleasant stay.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, incredible terrace, and a pool with loungers and a bar. The breakfast was good as well. Garage for parking the car. A very pleasant stay.
