⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Outstanding Stay – Highly Recommended!
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious, beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable.
The overall atmosphere of the property was warm, elegant, and inviting. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their outstanding customer service truly made a difference.
I also found the hotel to offer excellent value for money. The quality of the accommodations, service, and facilities exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable stay. I will definitely return on my next visit. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip so enjoyable!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement in Guest Service
Additionally, there was no in-room dining menu, making it unclear what options were available. Reaching the restaurant by phone was also challenging, as calls frequently went unanswered. When I finally got through, my request was not followed up, despite agreeing to the applicable charges. Collectively, these issues created a disappointing first impression after a long journey.
On a positive note, the breakfast spread was excellent, offering a good variety and quality of food. I also want to commend the team on the check-out experience. Despite checking out at 3:00 a.m., the front desk staff were courteous, efficient, arranged a taxi promptly, and even escorted me to the door to see me off. That level of service was greatly appreciated and left a much better final impression of the hotel.
One observation relates to security. I noticed that a key card was not required to access the guest room floors. I'm not sure if this is standard practice in Lisbon, but it did make me question whether access to guest floors could be better controlled for added peace of mind.
Overall, I believe there is a great opportunity to improve the guest arrival experience through warmer service, better communication, ensuring essential in-room amenities are available, and making in-room dining more accessible. Addressing these areas, while maintaining the excellent breakfast and attentive check-out service, would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

On the negative side: Designated smoking area is not well isolated. Lies next to breakfast room and hotel bar. The cigar and cigarette smoke reached the bar area.

Experience was below standards
1) Inattentive front staff service and restaurant staff-When we checked in, the staff did not describe the amenities and told us to just use the bar code. When we checked out, it took 10 minutes to be checked out though there was no line or charge issues. The restaurant staff were not attentive, took 20 minutes to get our drinks, and didn’t allow us to bring our luggage to our table when we were in a time crunch to catch our flight.
2) Any request was a charge (water, utensils
Etc). Any request to bring items that a good hotel should have to our room was a service charge, including tap water! We wanted utensils and front desk staff told us to get it downstairs to avoid a charge.
3) Dangerous furniture that was worn in the room. My husband got a splinter the first day from the wooden floor chipping off.
4) the lobby and bar area smelled like cigarettes after mid-afternoon and we couldn’t use that space because we don’t smoke and dislike the smell.
Will not be coming back and don’t recommend people who want to stay in a quality hotel and with suite accommodations to stay here.
