Superior room

We booked a superior room, which is slightly bigger than a deluxe room. We were allocated room 116, which had lovely views of the sea and Horta (when the cloud lifted!). The deluxe rooms appear to have a view of the rear of the hotel (car park and residential housing). Our room was very well appointed and comfortable however it shared an interconnecting door with room 115, so there was some slight noise and light seepage around the door frame. All the staff members we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with fizz available. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. We arranged private tours with Pico Wine Tours which we can highly recommend. We learned and saw so much more than if we had driven around ourselves. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Divine!

We love it!! From the reception, to the spacious room, to breakfast, location... All exceptional! The view from the room to the Faial!! A very thank you to Mrs. Adriana for the sympathy and help and especially to Mr. Ricardo for receiving us so gladly and being available for everything. Pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath .... All divine. Thank you to the whole team.

A place to return!

Comfortable, modern, spacious, calm, pleasant architecture, friendly, nice pool, amenities as what it should be, close to supermarket and especially a great view of the sea and island in front.

Space well organized, quiet and very nice.
Spacious rooms.

Very nice hotel

The rooms are spacious and clean.
The staff was friendly and attentive.
The hotel has two pools with sauna and actually a hot tub (was broken during our stay) and a large parking lot.
