There are better hotels than this
The staff were friendly and the breakfast good.
Unfortunately the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable resulting in both myself and my partner having bruised hips. This was made worse by the very lumpy and small pillows.
The swimming pool was a disappointment with the waterfall not working and no easy access other than a ladder at either end. No places the relax in the pool at all.
Everything appeared clean and the sun beds and towels were readily available.
I have been to far better hotels.

Holiday relax
The buffet breakfast and dinner offer many options.
The all inclusive regime is good for not wanting to think about anything and just relax.

É com grande satisfação que sabemos que encontrou no nosso resort o ambiente ideal para relaxar e desfrutar de alguns dias de descanso. Ficamos igualmente felizes por saber que apreciou a nossa estrutura, a variedade do buffet ao pequeno-almoço e ao jantar, bem como as comodidades proporcionadas pelo regime All Inclusive, pensado precisamente para que os nossos hóspedes possam aproveitar a estadia com toda a tranquilidade.

A Good Experience
The food: great breakfast and other meals also with good quality, although the lunches were weaker. I strongly advise you to try to have a more varied menu and include some grillings, because for those who spend a whole week with you, it can become a little annoying to always have the same entries and very elaborate / spicy dishes. We will be back for sure.
