Amazing location. Room decorated beautifully, kitchen well equipped. Patricia was helpful and accommodating; set us up with an extra bed even though I neglected to tell her we were 3 people. Housekeeping kept the room tidy and provided fresh towels. Shower could be a bit more clean, but was good overall. Central location meant a bit of noise especially on Friday nights, but not too bad when windows fully closed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would def recommend!

Review for the Café

We had a coffee break at this hotel's entrance floor. In fact we didn't understand at first that this was a hotel, it looked like a nice café. It's modern and does not look touristy. It's clean and simplistic. Good if you're looking for a non touristy coffee break.

Our stay at Armazéns Cogumbreiro was nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful blend of historic architecture and modern comfort. Our room was spotless, incredibly spacious, and full of character. The building's old-world charm has been wonderfully preserved, creating a unique and memorable atmosphere that truly reflects the beauty and history of Ponta Delgada.
The location could not have been more perfect. Everything was within easy walking distance - market, marina, cafés, shops, and countless restaurants were all just steps away. It was the ideal home base for exploring São Miguel while still feeling peaceful and welcoming.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was Patricia. She was absolutely outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring, she went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. It is rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and who truly cares about the experience of every guest. Her hospitality made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived and throughout our entire stay.
Armazéns Cogumbreiro is one of those special places that stays with you long after you've left. Between the stunning accommodations, incredible location, and exceptional service, it exceeded every expectation we had.
We cannot wait to return and would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Ponta Delgada. A true gem in the heart of the city.

A wonderful place! Right in the heart of Ponta Delgada! The host is very kind and helpful and just a phone call or Whats App away! My wife and I had a great time and I would highly recommend!
