Excellent concept
Amazing experience. Situated in the middle of the hill, which allows us to really relax and disconnect from the world. Possible to make walking tours. The location also allows you to have a fantastic night sky. Home food, made on time, seems made by our grandmother. Host is remaining staff always super friendly and kind. To repeat for sure. What I didn't like... the time to come away

Terrible communication, customer experience and withholding money from me
Very disappointing experience dealing with this hotel.
I booked two rooms directly with the property for 25th April and was later assured that a refund would be issued. I promptly provided my bank details via WhatsApp as requested, however as of 10th May I still have not received the refund or any clear communication about when it will be processed.
I have followed up multiple times and continue to receive delays and excuses despite the hotel already confirming the refund. It is extremely frustrating to have money withheld for this long with no resolution.
A real shame, as customer service after payment has been very poor and the situation could have been handled professionally with simple communication and timely action.

I chose to give the n evaluation.Without being judging absolutely nothing and leave to the judgment of each.
The Accommodation had a much greater potential.
Stay in a completely isolated zone, to get there is an adventure...which at this point should already be much better identified, given that it hardly identifies if you want to.
After walking in the lost on land road beaten time without end, given that most of us have no jeeps, you can quickly lose the pica...
There is no part of the accommodation on the official websites,a guideline.
First negative point.
On arrival after all the boredom and swallowed dust makes us regret.
When we arrive, we think, it'll be worth it!
A modest room, where there is no TV, no refrigerator, only two beds of the simplest there is, and in our case, a comfortable one that even the last puller had...
Only on the first day had a soap, fresh shampoo and a bottle of gel that were never repaired.
IKEA towels that have seen better days.
The problem was when we wanted to turn on the air conditioner...
Oh well...Variated???? Only take a hot bath from 7am to 7pm because they are self sustainable?????
For I came to the conclusion that sustainable cars have nothing!
Stairs on the way to the pool shouting urgent works, if you don't see where you put your feet...
As everything stands at KMS, the hotel thinks that to offer dinners at 25 euros, being the menu, cheeks with rice and dessert melon at 25 euros...It is worthy...Offer to dinner is, grain, feijoada, cheeks with half a litre of jar wine per couple...It seems to me that the idea of zen is encapped, with him save on everything you can!Note if a lack of care in the details, the breakfast is the real misery...Only present bread, cheese, fire and ham, coffee and cake that after 10 slices do not replace because the butter was finished as well. Yogurt and a unique variety of cereals.Breakfast served from 9am to 10am, when we've all been waiting for more than an hour...If you want to have some salads you have to ask for breakfast because they have to know how to bake the eggs...A misery.The pool is good but the loungers do not reach everyone.
Never repeat again.Note if you are at my tongue...I do not advise.The idea that they want to make pass from zen, is encapsulated, is miserable.
Cushions without protection, for those who pay what they pay... They want 25 euros per dinner! Never be an option because they will regret it.

Interesting ambitions, a ways to go still, rural Portugal to the nines
We wanted someplace to stay in rural Portugal, and this spot in the hills of the Algarve met that qualification, to a somewhat startling degree. The town of Saboia is a dozen (or so) km away, but the hotel itself is at the end of about 8 km of dirt road. There is a restaurant; breakfast is included (and was okay), dinner was an extra cost, and was nicely done bread in olive oil sprinkled with local oregano, then a stout glazed terracotta bowl (bottomless as many refills as you could handle !!) of that Portuguese mainstay feijoada, and a dessert of honey and apples. There weren't choices; it was good. The house wine, delivered in carafes, was good. The hotel/resort is itself a bit peculiar, but acceptable lodging, a swimming pool up the hill (kids loved it; guests were all Portuguese), and long vistas. They don't take credit cards (what's that about ??), and a part of the business on-site is the production of an extremely flavorful (and brilliantly fiery) distilled madroño, which you can purchase in unlabeled glass bottles. A likable spot; to move up, it'll need more investment; perhaps now this is just what the owners want and can handle, it's difficult to guess. Oh, and little English is spoken, which is unusual (in my experience) in Portugal.

Um hotel no meio da natureza, boas instalações, vistas fantásticas sobre a serra.
piscina para relaxar fantástica, hotel autossuficiente. quartos com vistas desafogados para a serra silencio fantástico, bom pequeno almoço.
Tivemos azar quando fomos jantar, já não havia sobremesa. os duches das casas de banho deviam ser mais altos para evitar molhar o chão.
Hotel amigo dos animais sob pedido
