The room was very clean with amazing views. Staff was professional and very helpful. The location was a bit of a walk from city center but still walkable. Would definitely stay again

Older property. Clean for the most part, but rooms are dated. Bed was comfortable, but room was noisy with creaky floors. Working small fridge, but not overly cold. Close to city centre by car, rooftop bar has great view of city. Parking garage was convenient by elevator.

Disappointment and Mistake

To rate this 4-star hotel is to fool the guests.
The cleaning is very defective. The rooms do not have any soundproofing, hearing everything that happens in the next room, in addition to knocking on doors when the occupants arrive, this happens at any time of day or night.
On the day of departure, neither was the receptionist at her workplace. I had to leave the key on the counter.
The mattress is bad, weak and the pillows are even worse.
There is no comfort, no tranquility.
The hotel has a good location, but everything else fails, especially when the expectation is to find a 4-star hotel.

Very hot room

Overall a good space but we had 3 nights without air conditioning in the room and when we warned at the reception, were friendly and ready to help. They called the technicians who tried and solved nothing. The room was very hot. Only the air conditioning from the front chamber was functional but not enough to get to the room

The staff were exceptionally helpful and took wonderful care of us. Even though my children don't speak Portuguese, the team spoke fluently with them and made them feel right at home. They went above and beyond for all our needs, and the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of delicious options that the whole family enjoyed!
