I advise not go/ don't go

This pension is to avoid. No reservations! This is my first comment after staying in a hotel. I write because I find it useful this time to share the experience. The pension is a discomfort at all levels. But the strangest thing is the way people are treated. There is, without exaggeration on my part, abuse, authoritarianism and aggression in the way they relate to clients.

You get what you pay fore....( My boyfriend did)

Hotell with No personality. Needs update if they want their guests to be happy
Breakfast???? Cookies and pastry??? I was so dissapointedAnd didnt want to eat so much.
Staff was nice.

Shoddy and basic. We wouldn't ever go here again.

Well located is about the best thing I can say. Nasty poor quality rooms. Toilet was under the washbasin in the bathroom - great if you want to be sick. No aircon, no heating. Noisy street outside. The electricity to just our corridor went off in the evening. Despite our complaints it wasn't turned on again till 8am. By which time our phones etc were dead. Breakfast was very basic with a selection of rolls & pastries. The coffee was so bad we went elsewhere. Considering the cost, this accommodation was a rip-off. The WiFi didn't work either.

Disgusting

Really expensive for what you get ! Old building, room not so clean, really bad Wi-Fi connection and poor breakfast. The bathroom vent would bring the cigarette smell from other rooms . And I won’t even talk about the 7:30 fire alarm because some guests decided to smoke in the room .. What a fail !

Um enorme não-não

Limpeza inexistente. Televisão e metade das tomadas não funciona. Casa de banho que, ao tomar banho, deita toda a água para o chão. Para utilizar a sanita, é preciso sentar de lado. Um cheiro insuportável a urina (?) por todo o edifício, que se tenta ser remendado com a janela do corredor aberta 24h. Fatura ou recibo, só após insistir muito na receção. Pagamento só em dinheiro "porque está uma ATM ali ao lado". Estávamos de manhã no quarto a descansar após o pequeno-almoço, quando alguém meteu a chave a porta e nos entrou quarto dentro. E muitas outras coisas que, sinceramente, nem vontade me dá mais escrever. Duas estrelas não podem ser sinónimo de desleixo. Não havendo alternativa, é preferível comprar uma tenda.
