This guesthouse charges the daily fee and does not refund the amount when the booking is made with free cancellation. The reservation was made on Booking. They transferred responsibility to the card operator and the refund was never made.

The wrost experience ever

We was surprised with a elctronic music festival (we were not previously warned about that).
What was to be a pleasure stay becomes a terror movie with drug addicts sprayed, high volume (impossible to sleep) and disrespect for the hotel.

Great Country Getaway

Really friendly staff, and services were all you could need. Great selection of food in the dining room for all three meals every day with attentive staff, plus all day bar at the well appointed swimming pool area (3 seperate pools, including one indoor). The children monitors went out of their way to make all the kids feel comfortable to join in activities, and to make sure parents were always aware of activities. Accommodation was comfortable, with WIFI in the chalet. Location of the hotel is well situated in its own fairly picturesque grounds, and close to many different attractions (horse riding, zip lining, boating, quad biking, petting farms etc) and Serra Negra. Overall a really great and affordable place for an enjoyable family break.

*Café da manhã muito bom mesmo
*Almoço/jantar poucas opções e repetitivo em todas as estadias, muito simples por ser hotel fazenda. Ex: macarrão todos os dias não faz substituição das massas, não colocaram legumes a milanesa, legumes refogado e nem legumes como saladas. Embora a comida por ser simples demais é bem temperada e saborosa. O feijão é temperado somente com alho sem nenhum pedaço de bacon e linguiça muito simples. Somente folhas como salada até mesmo no refogado.
Sobremesa repetitiva sempre três tipos de doce de pote, nada variável como um bolo recheado, pudim, pavê, frutas.
*A tarde não servem nenhum café simples, nem chá que seja com um pedaço de bolo.
Deveriam repensar nas opções de almoço e jantar e variar entre uma refeição e outra, não colocam nem uma guarnição como torresmo, ovos, farofa, nem fritas.
O hotel é custo e benefício , embora seja pensão completa ficou a desejar no almoço/ jantar em relação as opções e sentimentos muita falta do cafezinho da tarde com um bolo
