Relaxing in Buzios

This Pousada is a really good adtess. The owner is a kind person and helps a lot. I had enjoyed the nights there. The rooms are nice and clean. You can find your ways easily and to centre you can use different options. Going by taxi, uber or taking a van not far away for just 4 reais. The breakfast is enough you can choose between many local food. Special fof people who come with the own car is perfect because you can park free. I will for sure enjoy in the future again. Bad.

Bad experience
Mistake in the description of the room, they say that it is viewed sea, but has views to the pool.
The whole room is deteriorated and dirty, the door does not close right, curtain does not cover every window, causing a lot of light to enter and take away all privacy. Walls all peeling, looks like a poorly cared for tent.....
To close with a golden key, the receptionist is ironic and poorly polite
The only positive point is the location near Geriba beach

We chose a room overlooking the sea, but it didn't have a view of the sea.
In addition, the walls of the rooms were peeled and filled with mold. The hygienic role was to give. Without conditions!

Disappointment with our stay at this inn for New Year's Eve

Confusing reception because although the inn offers parking, there was no space available and no adequate guidance on how to unload your luggage. We left and unloaded the car on the street.
Room with several problems.
Fridge not working, shower not getting hot.
Bad room service because in 5 days towels and trash were only changed twice, the second time at my request.
Terrible breakfast as there was no adequate replacement of items, and the coffee, despite being basic, left something to be desired, lacking, for example, bread and milk a few times.
Ineffective breakfast service hours:
First day we waited 30 minutes for the start and on the last day, despite arriving before the end and having to wait for a table to be set, we could barely have a black coffee as the staff were going to end the service at 10am without any willingness to serve us.
We will not return nor recommend it to anyone.

Estadia conturbada

Fomos bem recebidos , mas a noite quando retornamos o quarto estava infestado de formigas , fomos para outro quarto, chegando lá estava com defeito na luz, se ligasse o ventilador a luz apagava, mas foi resolvido no dia seguinte, o banheiro estava com algum vazamento de água, ficava uma poça de água perto do sanitário,
chuveiro ruim. Paguei um quarto triplo mas tive que ficar em um duplo, infelizmente estes ocorridos nos trouxeram transtornos.
O ponto positivo é que ficamos a vontade para entrar e sair, a cama é boa e o ar condicionado tbm.
