Stay at Orlanova as an Argentine

Beautiful hotel! It had very bad reviews on the internet, but the truth is we didn't have any problems. The location is ideal; you are right there by the beach where the water taxis depart. The breakfast is incredible, super complete, and exquisite. I recommend it.

SCAMMERS AND DIRTY

It does not deserve the hotel category and would put 0 stars. They're scammers. The photos do not match the condition of the property or the room, it is not worth it. Sorry I didn't take pictures of the conditions but I never thought it was necessary as I expected a decent response like any hotel!
My room lacked all kinds of maintenance, the balcony door had no maintenance, the balcony dirty, the restrooms broken and worst of all the bed had bugs. They only offered insecticide, no change of sheets or moving us to another room. Something totally normal in a hotel. I asked them to agree to cancel and refund my reservation as I would a normal hotel so I could go to another hotel by my means, they didn't even respond.
The staff is the worst I've ever seen, with no training whatsoever on how to treat the guest and disrespectful. They do not support before, during or after, I am still waiting for a response. DON'T GO!

Terrible attendance

My mother booked and paid for the master suite in March through the hotel.com website. When we arrived at the place with me, we were treated very badly, they said there was no reservation, there was no room available, the employee was incompetent, rude and debauched. Elderly me, tired from the trip, they didn't even offer a chair to sit on. Dirty hotel, with cobwebs and grotesque staff. I do not recommend!

I do not recommend. Not worth the price charged. Hotel ok.

The location (if you like the excitement/loud music, until the early hours, of Carnival) and the view from room 6, which is really very spacious, are fantastic. But the positive points end here. There is another hotel, in the same city, with almost the same name and, due to the lack of good signage for this hotel, it already makes your arrival more complicated. With this start off on the wrong foot, things only get worse. All the negative feedback FROM YEARS AGO here on Booking remains exactly the same. The hotel remains unfinished/under renovation, only has stairs, has very few employees and most of them need much better guidance/training (e.g. the night employee informed us that the hotel didn't even have a glass of champagne and the other employee, the from 5am, he said we could only check out after 7am), the room is NEVER clean (there is sand on the floor all the time), there is NO closet or safe, it was spacious, but extremely poorly used/decorated with so much space , the air conditioning wasn't working and, even though we stayed for 4 days, no one came to fix it. The curtains were broken, falling to the floor and it was horrible to sleep in the light or have privacy facing the street (they fixed it after 2 days). The breakfast is one of the poorest options/quality I've ever seen in my life.

They are not trustworthy

Be careful because they cancel your reservation at the last minute and claim they warned you but don't prove it. Book with them never again. I can't trust it so I remove it from my list. I almost had to cancel my trip. They are not professionals, don't trust them.
